I just had a very positive experience at the UPS store on 700 Colorado Boulevard. They helped me with a standard pack and ship service when I brought in a toy for a friend, and even though I didn’t have a package and my body & emotions felt a bit chaotic, the customer service agent was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service. They found a package for me, a perfect one with a little bit of room for me to throw in a couple extra toys, and in the end gave me something to write a note on to include in the package to my friend. I also met the owner, Chris, nice & professional thus learning that this UPS store is locally owned. Plus, I heard they have a notary service, which is super convenient. There’s a parking lot behind the building, and you can even shred sensitive documents for $1.25 per pound. The two all-star customer agents who helped me today were Sebastian and Maya; they were absolutely wonderful, bringing some levity to the situation while working hard. The have a giant RICOH printer 🖨️ which I hear is one of the best around! Overall, this is the best UPS store I’ve found in Denver, Colorado, and believe me, I’ve been to a few, even the Cherry Creek location, and somehow this one is even better. **Please note: They have a Roland machine for banners and posters, but the coolest part is they make stickers! The printer cuts them out for you, so you don’t have to, and they have fun samples like Bluey, Nintendo, Adventure Time, and Yu-Gi-Oh! If you visit, definitely ask for a sticker—whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart!

I went to the UPS store today to make an Amaz@n return and use their paper cutter. They were actually closed for renovations. However, the staff were so kind that they let me come in, returned my package and dug out their paper cutter for me to use. Thank you for your kindness!

My boss has an account with UPS and I have shipped several packages recently from this location using that account. Today I tried to ship 2 packages and the female counter employee refused to take the packages without pre printed labels that I needed to provide. How is it a good policy to require customers to weigh, measure dimensions, and pre-print labels, when that is what the store is set up to do? The owner of the franchise was in the store and deferred to his employee to refuse service. The store was not super busy.

The people at the UPS store on Colorado Blvd and 7th (store 2579) are really amazing, kind, and don't realize how helpful they were during a time that I am grieving the loss of a loved one.
Denise is so kind. I came into the store a half hour before closing. I came in to scan and print photos for a wake. I had a stack of about 50. She started scanning about 15 and said that the printer was slow. She was willing to see how many would print before she had to close up the shop. She then proceeded to scan the remaining photos to email them to me so that I could finish getting them printed in New Jersey tomorrow after I land back home to attend the wake. I thanked her a bunch of times, but I don't think that she knows how her kindness affected me today.
Her coworker, Pia, also offered me an envelope to hold my photos. Now I have something to fly with to keep them safe!
They deserve a raise! And a new air conditioner in the store!

Denise @ the UPS on Colorado was incredibly helpful and assisted me choosing boxes to use on airplane and for overseas shipping. She and the staff went above and beyond. Please bring the greeting cards back that were there in the past. They were hilarious and saved another stop at another store.
The store was busy but she took her time assisting me.
Also, I left my credit card on the counter and another employee found me quickly to return it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus

Aliyah was so helpful today! I called and explained we had mistakenly recycled our long box our long windchimes came in and now we needed to return the windchimes but I couldn't find an appropriately-sized box. Aliyah confirmed they'd have a box or bag which would fit the windchimes for $6 or less (which seemed like a gift!). My wife and I walked in and were planning to buy one of those long boxes, however, Aliyah had actually saved an appropriate box just for us which another customer said he or she didn't need and she offered that box to us for free. It was so thoughtful and we greatly appreciated her bothering to remember and think of us. Thank you, UPS and thank you, Aliyah! You made our day.

I needed notary services a couple of times during last month, along with some printing. Sophia and Christopher were both efficient and very helpful both times. Everyone in the store is friendly and kind, even when things are busy.
