Staff is friendly and helpful when they are there, but posted hours are not correct. Stopped by at 8:15 today (6/25/25) to pick up a package to a locked storefront. Tried to call because I leaving town and may not be able to come back to pick it up before it is returned to the sender, and I can’t leave a message. Hopefully I can get a hold of them sometime today.

Here at 8:15am on a Tuesday and the store isn’t open. It appears that this happened last week so not sure what is going on here but wanted to let owners know. Normally consistently open on time.

Went there this Morning! Saturday 14th 2025! Got there around 8:50. Line at the door!!waited til 15 after. No one opened the store. People waiting looked frustrated!!so I left! I know things happen but come on do better and get store opens when it says 9 am on Saturday!

Riley and Aaron were great! They went above and beyond because I needed help because I have anxiety about mailing packages 📦 and worry I won’t tape them correctly, so I brought in a lot of packages not taped, and these two gentlemen did it for me. They gave excellent customer service with a smile. They were efficient and got straight down to business. They let me double-check everything that made me feel certain it was going to all mail smoothly. Thank you, UPS, and thank Riley and Aaron!

I have been coming to this ups store for 5 year and the customer service is exceptional. Today Derick helped me and he was so patient and very helpful. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Riley is great too!!

Alexis, the male clerk behind the counter on January 17th 2025 at 4:30 PM was rude and unprofessional. I’ve been going to this location for years and the people are always so nice. UPS needs to fire people like this!
