I had 20 packages that needed to go out individually, and Mii Mii was there by herself handling it with total grace!! Not only that but she juggled shipping out my packages and customers that came in with joy. She was an absolute delight and I'm grateful that she was there to help me out!! Give this woman a raise!!

Tyler (assistant manager) is why people like to do business in person. He has a great attitude, is beyond helpful, and knows how to make a return customer out of those that visit his location. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. HE IS WONDERFUL!

This place always has friendly and knowledgeable people working there. Gets busy sometimes but they’re always quick about helping people, and there’s a decent amount of parking. I’d go to this location first every time.

I’ve been visiting this store for 3 years now and will never go back after a total lack of support from store management on a package issue. I overnighted a medical package that needed to stay refrigerated and arrived late. I called asking about a refund or partial refund options - the team hasn’t gotten back to me for 6+ weeks after multiple calls and an in-person visit where they were really dismissive and unhelpful. Super disappointed and will not be coming back here for my shipping needs. And will never use UPS for overnighting again - they’ll take your money and deliver days later.

Miimii at the store on Broadway and Alameda, in Denver, Colorado is one of a kind. I couldn’t find my return label, I couldn’t print it, and I couldn’t get it to email, but she was patient and kind and even though it took 20 minutes, she helped me get it done. I really appreciate finding that kind of compassion And when it occurs, it’s worthy of a huge shout out. Thanks Miimii. Anyone working customer service could take a few tips from you. Thanks for making my day.
