The staff members are wonderful people who provide outstanding customer service. I feel comfortable doing business with them. Amy and Rachel are super helpful and they always make me feel like I am their #1 customer.
Today, Rachel assisted us with mailing a suitcase. The box measurements were perfect and the package is on its way.
Thank you ALL for what you do to ensure our packages, mail and other office needs are met!

I had to give a review on this one cause they were so nice and helpful! I find most UPS and FedEx stores are so hit or miss so this one is a good one!! Both women working today were very informative and kind.

I have been renting a mailbox here for several months now and the crew here is friendly and professional - all of them! Each and every time I go in there, which is a few times a week, I am greeted with a friendly smile, happy hellos, and they always remember my name and my box #! I chose this service because UPS delivery at my business always coming before I arrived and became quite frustrating. I’m so glad I chose this because my packages are always safe and signed for and I can pick them up anytime during the day. If you haven’t been in this store, this is the one to visit. The crew is amazing!

Don't waste your time at this location. They closed their doors before the Google posted time. I was standing outside and the gal refused to take my already labeled package.

Terrible experience here. The lady at the counter was extremely disrespectful to my wife and attempted to refuse service on the basis of identity. Thankfully, another worker stepped in and took care of us.

Had a great experience at this UPS location! I went to get my title notarized, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The place had a calm and welcoming vibe, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated how kind and professional everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back!
