They charged me $5 to print a shipping label. Most folks don’t have printers anymore and I’m out of state. They said they couldn’t charge the company that had paid for the shipping either. Every corporation just wants to increase profits regardless of the effect on their consumers. It takes cents to print a page or two….
Since I can’t reply—a bs answer with a bs solution. It takes cents to print a piece of paper. Asking customers to take care of your additional expenses is inappropriate to say the least. You could charge cash to avoid visa/mc fees as well. There’s no excuse. I won’t be returning to this store and will be actively detracting this location until you change this printing policy. The average cost to print 1 piece of paper is $.03-.07. Even office supply stores charge closer to $.25-.50. Even if you charges $.75-$1 per page that would be more reasonable. You didn’t even print the label as a sticker—I could even understand that. Most Americans are experiencing challenging times. Your location is well outside of the city and outside of higher income areas so there’s no justification. Upon further research this is also not a UPS policy but per franchise policy so something that could easily be adjusted by the owner.

On 05/08/2025 I had the pleasure of working with an Ups in-store employee by the name of Wes, he provided the best service. Wes truly went above and beyond , in assisting/ advising me, with the packing loading, and the whole shipping , process of my 55in Tv. What makes this situation impactful, is when Wes related, empathized with my stress of moving, built rapport, had a conversation and Earned my continued to business, to this location… in further regards to my shipping. Wes is prompt, kind, knowledgable and Professional, he also went above and beyond his duties. He offers more then a smile, conveyed the since, that I wasn’t a number, remembered my name.. Please promote this hard worker to management and give him a raise, he’s a valuable asset.

Decent chose to drop off your Amazon returns.
When it comes to shipping though...
Even though I emailed them a file formatted for their thermal printer to print out a UPS label, they printed it out on the regular printer. This may just be a practice to generate more revenue. Regardless, charging $5 to print out one page?! I have done this many times at other UPS stores. At most, the charge was $1.

They charge you to pick up items here. $10 per package. No other ups store does this. Never coming back

The ladies there were awesome. They made my stress go away with their right attitude. They do notorize for $15 and print a label from pdf for $5. Their services are really fast.

Your guys’s phone is not working. Something is going on with your phone line. I’ve been trying to notify you guys that that has to be working for the last two days. Maybe you could dial out but it is not working. I’ve been trying to check on my PO Box 222 and it is not working. Your phone is not working.
