Came in three mins to close (I didn’t know they closed at 4 on Sundays) and they already had closed one of the registers and the worker kept saying they were about to close and were so annoyed. I understand wanting to leave on time but I had everything packaged and a barcode to scan so it’d be quick and they are supposed to be open until 4pm.

Shad was extremely helpful, kind and printed up my return label ( for a minimal fee.) and allowed me to take a seat and rest a moment, while trying to return a very, very heavy package to Amazon. I really appreciated the professional support and courteous nature, after almost giving myself a hernia trying to carry my package from my car into the store. ( I was returning 2 double paned basement windows.) LOL! I feel very confident that my return will be handled properly so I can get back my refund without incident.

Great customer service from Rachelle, the store didn’t have the box I needed but she took the time to find another store that did, very much appreciated and will go here next time I need to ship anything ups!

Rochelle was super knowledgeable and provided insights for my Amazon returns. While I was in line, she also gave guidance to another customer that ensured her return went smoothly. Rochelle takes incredible care to ensure the integrity of these packages. I would highly recommend using this UPS location!

This is specific to the 6811 store. I was running around doing errands not close to my house and I needed to return something. The attendant was great. Engaging without wasting time (it appeared she was there alone) and she was efficient and complete. Her store was clean. I had come from a different UPS store where there was 3 employees and 1 was mildly helpful. They charged for taping the boxes. It was dirty and disorganized. I left to buy tape as they only had 1 type of tape. I went to this UPS store as it was closer to where I bought tape and it was a different world. At this store I didn’t have to buy tape to shut the box.

When I arrived, there was a small line but it went by pretty fast. Shad helped me and was so nice and helpful, I had documents I put in a manila envelope that I need to overnight and he noted how flimsy the envelope was and put it in an official UPS envelope for me. I appreciated the extra detail and great customer service.
