I had a great experience with a difficult Amazon return issue. Shad and Rochelle were so helpful. First, the box was very heavy and Shad carried it in for me. He also helped me locate the Amazon return QR code, which was difficult to find on the app. Finally, the store was very clean, well organized and easy to navigate. The whole experience was very positive. I am sure I will use them in the future for my shipping needs.

I needed to ship a large awkward size box today. I was not looking forward to, what I thought would be, a difficult process. I was wrong! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly. Shad readily assisted me with ease. He was super friendly and efficient. It was refreshing to have such great customer care. Thanks UPS and a shout out to Shad!

Thanks to Shad for providing excellent service. I needed to mail some very important tax papers to my accountant in NY. Shad got an envelope for me and taped down the excess size, presumably to reduce costs; he explained the different mailing arrival times, the costs, and whether or not I would really benefit by choosing a more expensive method. He also asked if I was a Vet, which I am, or if I had AAA or AARP, so I got a discount! He showed me the tracking # on the receipt and the package arrived by the scheduled date. Great!

Everyone here is always very helpful and helps me determine the most cost effective way to ship things. Shad is super friendly and patient. I love that USPS is an option here, too.

Stopped by ups store 6811 at 6300 e hampden. Was helped by shad & Rochelle. They were soooo courteous, helpful & honest with all my shipping needs. Any shipping needs go see them they will keep you on the right path.

Visited the UPS Store #6811 on 2/26, late in the day, and was assisted by Shad, who was extremely professional and courteous. He informed me of my shipping options and helped me to make the best decision on shipping my package. He was a great sales associate and representative for UPS. Thank you Shad!

Two employees, both surprisingly unpleasant.Made an appointment online for notary services the next day. Arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and, after receiving scoffs from both employees when I told them why I was there (a woman and the man providing notary services), was told I would need to wait 30 minutes. From there staff attitude did not improve. The man providing notary services was extremely curt, if not outright rude, for the duration of our interaction.I would have left to find a notary elsewhere just to get out of the extremely unpleasant interaction if doing so wouldn't have been a waste of my time.

Dishonest by omission and a total scam! Offered to tape something up for me after I said I had my own tape. I figured he was being nice. Then charged $20. I would have said something but there was a huge line behind me and he’d already taken the boxes away before I realized the charges. Definitely won’t be going back here when there are better options.
