I’ve literally opened this bank account seven months ago in July, I just got a letter in the mail saying they’re choosing to close my bank account. I’ve literally invested almost $40,000 within that time.. And they don’t have a reason Why they’re closing my bank account they can’t tell me why. I’m guessing it’s because I don’t keep money in their account which that’s not required. I don’t have to keep my money in your account. In the fact that they didn’t email me or anything like that. I literally came home from vacation looked in my mailbox at 3 AM and found this letter. Is very unprofessional I have committed no fraud on my account nor would I ever do that. US Bank is horrible to do business with they’re mad because I don’t wanna leave any of my money in their account so they just decided to close it rather than telling me they say US Bank does not have to offer information while they’re closing your account. Bad business also, I would like to mention when I first started my bank account there I gave the teller my correct SSN, And then got a letter from the IRS talking about I did not give the right Social Security number… Over the past month, I went back to that bank and that teller no longer works there. (I literally had to come back with my actual Social Security card) I’m not sure if the teller was committing fraud or what it was but either way it goes that has nothing to do with me. I’ve done nothing but put money into this bank account only to get told they closing it without a reason so think twice before you use U.S. Bank. Literally, the only reason I had this bank account was to pay my bills like my rent and things like that most places do not offer you anything if you don’t have a valid bank account so I’m just really mad that they chose to close my bank account because I don’t leave my money in their bank. I know for sure I don’t commit fraud

This is such a terrible bank that won't accept Colorado State IDs if they're digital, even though that's issued by the state. They also want except temporary IDs that are also issued by the state.

Super clean and organized location. Both employees on this evening were great and moved a long line very quickly. Luiz was super helpful with a complicated deposit and I watched his coworker working with google translate to provide help to a Spanish speaker. Seems like a great team!

Sometimes you’re better off just calling and talking to someone on the phone. I walk in here for convenience but am told to call to take care of certain things. Slow service.

This bank had my account on hold for week i cant get direct deposit because because of a lazy manager and her employees wont do anything aboutit ..they dont care im going to another bank..not waisting on these morons

Beware of the US Bank credit card department's mischief with consumers. Will never make any credit cards from US Bank again!!”Earn $200 cash back. Spend $1,000 in the first 120 days." Made the US Bank Cash+ Credit Card and purchased more than $1,000 by 7/4/2023 as described by US Bank, but US Bank did not pay the $200 reward.Diana, a Supervisor, said on their part that we did not spend $1000 until 7/4/2023, but we spent more than $1000 CA time by that day.On July 4, 2023, at 6:18 p.m., we spent $204 on Wix. This was the exact time we purchased from Wix that night.Diana showed remarkable rudeness and manners. I have a lot of top-class reward cards, and this disrespect has not been found in BOA, Chase, or City Bank credit card agents.If you US Bank used the word "SPEND", be responsible for it. As you are arguing now, cardholders should have spent $1000 a few days before the expiration date and according to the wording you wrote, no consumer would understand it that way. Shame on you US Bank.

This is not about a US Bank Branch. This is about US bank online services. I cannot get into my account unless I have a mobile phone, which I do not. It will not give me the code when requested to my landline phone number. Then, they give the option to send the code to my email of record. I tried 20 times and no go.. Time to go personally into my accounts that I had for about 15 years and close them out.
