Called and asked if they can see my advance coming in to my account but the lady I talked with just rudely said whatever you see on your app is what I see on my end. Noo!! I worked as a teller before and you can see more information on your Computer than the app!!! Bad customer service!!

I have been here 3 times to get gift cards. They can't seem to teach the tellers how to process them. They have sent me away 3 times.

I went today with a resident from the nursing home where I worked. I pushed her all the way to the bank and what a pleasant experience we had. The customer service here was amazing and we were so thankful. I love US Bank. Thank you!
