This bank charges a fee to cash their own checks and they also are known to close your accounts without notice out of the blue. Then they’ll mail you a check weeks or months later for your balance. No thanks

Was rejected by the notary and told they couldn't notarize my type of document. It's none of your business what the document is for. Thoroughly wasted my time, might be time for me to look for a new bank.

Chris the banker is very unpleasant and not professional. Chewing gum while talking to customers. The tellers on the other hand are great and compassionate. I’d still recommend to not go with USBank. Especially after such rude banker encounter.

Total and complete incompetence. I went to this bank to close my mother's accounts after she passed. It took me a month after I had the appropriate paperwork to get it done. I met with 3 different "bankers" who had no idea how to help me. Then the "branch manager " helped me and still screwed everything up. One of the tellers gave me false information about the accounts when she had no legal right to do so. Just a nightmare. Steer clear.

Recently moved here from Texas and opened an account and they didn’t send the information to the corporate office to verify my address and closed my account without calling me to notify me and didn’t send an email they convinced me it wouldn’t happen again so I opened another one and they did the same thing very unprofessional and very poor communication would strongly recommend using a different bank

From a long time loyal US Bank customer, I’m writing this review with a great deal of mixed feelings. This branch needs a serious talent upgrade. There’s no reason for anyone to have to wait nearly an hour to process a domestic wire.

Worst bank I've ever banked with and I have banked all over the US. I never get call backs from small business banker, No replied emails. Now I asked to have my account frozen temporarily over the week and went in on Saturday tk unfreeze account and branch refused to do it even though I had fraud prevention on the phone requesting they temporarily unfreeze my account so I can get very important funds to pay bills on time. Now my credit is ruined bc Fruad prevention and is bank tellers both refused to take iniative and release my frozen account. They were arguing back and forth with each other and neither party would help me. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank HANDS DOWN! Trust me when I say this, any other bank in Colorado is better than US BANK. Do not trust having access to your funds at this bank as I've had many occasions with issues and especially at this location! DTC location is not customer friendly at all and multiple staff tellers I've had issues with too. Good luck if you don't take this advice.

Large, old fashioned style bank building with teller windows and desks to sit at for personal banking transactions. Even though there was only one person operating both the inside teller windows and the drive thru service was relatively smooth and error free. I was able to conduct my business and be on my way in a few mins. Good to have a local bank open on Saturdays.

This is my home branch and everyone is always so friendly and helpful when I stop in. Arancely deserves the biggest shout out, as she talks to you like a friend rather than a stereotypical old -school "banker" - thanks for making my visits so enjoyable!

I would give this branch a 100/5 stars!!! Kellie & Pete are EXTEMELY sweet, genuine and amazing people. When I lost the key to my safe box, they both handled my emotions and the situation so smoothly. They helped me more than they even understand! Everyone at this bank is always so welcoming, and the staff is super friendly! I'm so happy I will be a apart of this bank and that my work is apart of them. AMAZING!!!!

I have been a loyal and longstanding member of US Bank's for 20+ years. While they do well with personal accounts, my business banking relationship has suffered and plummeted recently. If you are a small business, I would recommend going elsewhere as I will be. It is a shame as they have a few great managers, however US Bank does not appreciate its small business owners.

I’ve been a US Bank customer for over 30 years, and the customer service at this branch is so bad it’s making me reconsider where I’m going to bank. The people here are rude, bitter angry people.

Worst customer service. Change policy all the times even if you had been going there for years. I hope the owners cancel this account with this bank. I'm sick and tired of the tellers. I hope I don't have to see their faces no more. Keybank is the best!!

The day I opened my account a saw employees sitting quite close to me not wearing masks. The drive thru ATM is always grimy and obviously unsanitized ATM terminals, terrible customer service from ban that seems to be going bankrupt. hence closing so many branches. In one occasion i needed to reset ATM while sick with Covid they requested me to complete transaction in the branch.

Terrible customer service at this location. They change their “policies” every other time we go in! Ridiculous. The manager has no business being in this industry and, the head teller is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with! I’ll never go back to this location again and it’s right down the street from me!
