Do you enjoy having your card and access to your money revoked while you're trying to do perfectly normal transactions like buy groceries? Do you enjoy phone representatives transferring you to automated lines that don't work? Do you like getting hung up on when someone claims they're going to transfer you to the fraud group? Do you enjoy being completely unable to get information about why you're not able to access your money once you do connect with the fraud department after four phone calls? Then you will absolutely adore US Bank. They will turn off your card with no notification and no attempts to contact you then have an enormous attitude problem when you contact them to ask what happened. Then on top of that they will tell you that they are unable to provide information about why your card was turned off due to supposed fraud because they use an automatic system to detect fraud that apparently gives them no info about why it made the decision to turn off your card. I'll be finding another bank but if this sounds like the banking experience you're looking for then US Bank is the company for you.

US bank use to be an excellent bank. They are not to be trusted. I asked for a reserve line pay off and was given an incorrect amount because they did not give me the interest. So I still had a balance and no one would charge it off. So I paid that amount and now I have another interest payment due! I am sick of them sucking every penny from me and not taking responsibility for their errors. Every time I pay it off there is always another interest payment! What kind of scam are they running? I will NEVER EVER bank with them again and I advise you not to either. I have been a customer for over 25 years and it means nothing to them so they mean nothing to me! No customer service at all. TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF THAT BANK AND RUN!!!

Every time I go to this branch people are rude and they try to hurry up and get you out of there so they give you a face when you have more than one transaction. Also I got there today literally at 4:01 even though I rushed to get there the lady game me a face and said no we close at 4 I told her I just needed to do a quick deposit and she still said no. BAD customer service. These are not even their regular hours instead of trying to help they just want to get you out of there

I have been with this bank and it's predecessors since 1976... then Central Bank of Chatfield. I think I'm done. Loyalty apparently is meaningless. At this branch alone over 25 years. They don't know you and they do not care. Their "rules" supersede any kind of respect that one has earned. I presented a check for deposit signed by both people as is proper. They would not deposit it as the other person was not present..... are you kidding me? A small check at that. Again ... I think I'm done. It's really hard to realize they don't have any respect or give a damn. I even had the other person send their drivers license! Not good enough?? Nope Enjoy eating your rule book for lunch. You'll not get another dime from me. I'll be changing my auto deposits ASAP .

I have always had a fine experience at this branch. The poor reviews reflect staff that is either no longer at this branch, or with the company. In the past several months, the staff has really improved customer service and professionalism. I think that this should really be recognized, and taken into consideration for customers when reading older, less-appealing, reviews. Just my two-cents. I'm happy to bank with US Bank @ Monaco/Tennessee!

It almost always takes forever. At best 10 minutes, but today it was 30 minutes. There was one car in front of me. I watched as 2 and sometimes 3 people were working on one order instead of helping the line of people. Plus, they helped someone else before me even though I pointed out that I was first, this happens often. If this was not my companies bank, I would switch banks immediately.

All of the tellers here are extremely friendly and do their best to make it a pleasant experience for customers. It might be a little slow, but the extra thought that the teller put into their customer service makes up for it. Also, this location never seems to be very crowded.

Too many stupid Russians women in this location. I'm Russian, too. They make it much more difficult for customers, then ANY other US bank. Try to avoid this location.
