I called the bank to make an appointment for a 4 o'clock or 4:30. They told me no because it was too late that they had one at 3:30pm, well here I am at 4:30pm still waiting for the banker to help me open a account. This is why we make appointments for a reason because we have things to do,

After nearly 20 years, I closed my checking account due to abysmal service from the branch manager. The tellers I have interacted with have all been pleasant and seem to enjoy their work. I moved all of my banking and investments to Chase up the street so I did not have to interact with this branch and its manager and I realized that other banking institutions are far more technologically advanced and service oriented than US Bank. There's no comparison. Save yourself the headache and go to Chase.

My husband and I have been banking at this branch for over 20 years. We recently decided to buy a new car and went in to talk about financing. We were told that they couldn't see us that day but to make an appointment. My husband made an appointment for the next day, arranging his day around their availability. When he arrived he was made to wait for over 1/2 an hour just to have someone come tell him that they didn't have time to see him. Yes, that is what they said, "We don't have time to see you today. You can reschedule or try another branch if you like". My husband was only one of two customers in the bank and the employees outnumbered them at least 3 to 1. How disrespectful can one be? We have gotten no call back, email, or any communication to apologize for the inconvenience or even to try and schedule another meeting. Apparently, this branch doesn't feel our business is worth their time.

I just want to preface this by saying that I have never written a Yelp review, and I hate going to the bank. That said, I love this branch because I love Tamara. She is AMAZING and actually makes you feel like you matter. She also is more helpful anyone else I have ever met. Thank you, Tamara and US Bank!

They used to be great. Now they're costumer service is terrible and they are horribly unorganized when. In comes to resolving issues.

The worst customer service I've received at a US Bank. The employees were ready to clock out and were not helpful at all when I've done the same thing multiple times at other locations. I needed to cash this check and they had zero empathy or want to help.

Awful customer service. I've been banking here for nearly 20 years. Something's changed because my interaction yesterday was so unprofessional and nasty. I went to deposit a holiday gift from my folks. It was a generous gift and due to the amount they were going to put a hold on it for 7 business days (which I know from experience with US Bank that means 14 days- after Christmas). I went to my branch because my branch has NEVER done this to me in 20 years! My business banking is here also and this would not have been considered a large check. He told me it was for MY protection. This is a gift from my parents. For my protection? How insulting. I asked for the check back and explained that I felt sized up. I was in the drive through so he simply hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking and I was left with a blank screen. What a j**** Who trains these people? And I'm a good customer. I can't imagine how they treat strangers. What a j****

So i wrote a check for $300.00 in may, they paid the recipient $300.00 but took $500.00 out if my account in May and never advised me or corrected this until i HAPPENED to notice 3 MONTHS LATER...they held that $200 of mine and never wondered why their books didn't balance!?? I guarantee if i shorted THEM $200 they would be jumping up and down and screaming to get that $200 back immediately....no apology...just "all banks operate like this"...im not so sure CREDIT UNIONS operate like this!

Different Address This bank actually moved a bit down the road. The new location is at 1248 S Broadway. It's an even smaller building than the one before, and parking is really bad. The clerks are always very kind and helpful, however. That's the best thing about this location.

If you need a bank, consider US Bank at 7th & Colorado. The staff there always treats me well. Say hello to Regina behind the teller window. She is enthusiastic about her job and is very customer-service oriented...what a treat to be helped by an employee like that!
