It has taken us three times with this branch to add my husband to my bank account. I have banked with US Bank for 16 years and have never had this type of delay. The banker Youssef did not complete what I asked him to do with our banking profile which requires me to come in person to approve. We have to make an appointment to complete a process that takes five seconds, yet I have seen him take walk ins from his “friends.”

Connor was very helpful with my mother's account. Could not recommend him any higher. Very friendly and helpful people.

I would give a negative star if possible. I deposited a check for $3000, and the banker deposited $300. When I went back for them to correct it, no apologies but pointed fingers at each other, and the banker had the audacity to raise her voice at me in frustration. Horrible!

12-05-2023Stopped by today as I needed a cashiers check. Was assisted by a Teller name “Susan.” She was the most efficient helpful and polite Teller I’ve ever met. Bless her! Must be a great asset to have her working there.Thank you, U.S. Bank!

The people in this bank branch are very rude they're slow and they are rude I would not recommend this bank to anybody if you can go to another US Bank maybe you'll have a better experience because I know I'm going to go to another US Bank this one is by far one of the worst Banks I've ever even banked at in my life at least that Branch anyway we'll see how that it goes but I'll keep you posted otherwise I might just be moving my money out of that bank which I just opened up an account 7 days ago , and putting it somewhere else.

I don't give 5 stars because it is difficult for them to answer the calls, but once they answered me, the worker was very kind and I was able to go the same day I called to create an account since they had canceled an appointment and her attention was excellent, she responded my doubts and best of all that I spoke Spanish

Went to this one because it was 4 min down the road from my appointment that's 20 min away from my normal one and they told me they only had 5s and 1s?! , It made absolutely no sense they tried to get me to get a cashier's check and then pointed me to a bank that was 10 min away effectively making me late for my appointment.... No bank just carries 5s and 1s

I don't like to leave negative feedback, but I have to do at this time . In general US Bank, 0 for service..Stay away from the US Bank if you don't need a problem in the future ...
