I would give a negative star if possible. I deposited a check for $3000, and the banker deposited $300. When I went back for them to correct it, no apologies but pointed fingers at each other, and the banker had the audacity to raise her voice at me in frustration. Horrible!

12-05-2023Stopped by today as I needed a cashiers check. Was assisted by a Teller name “Susan.” She was the most efficient helpful and polite Teller I’ve ever met. Bless her! Must be a great asset to have her working there.Thank you, U.S. Bank!

The people in this bank branch are very rude they're slow and they are rude I would not recommend this bank to anybody if you can go to another US Bank maybe you'll have a better experience because I know I'm going to go to another US Bank this one is by far one of the worst Banks I've ever even banked at in my life at least that Branch anyway we'll see how that it goes but I'll keep you posted otherwise I might just be moving my money out of that bank which I just opened up an account 7 days ago , and putting it somewhere else.

Went to this one because it was 4 min down the road from my appointment that's 20 min away from my normal one and they told me they only had 5s and 1s?! , It made absolutely no sense they tried to get me to get a cashier's check and then pointed me to a bank that was 10 min away effectively making me late for my appointment.... No bank just carries 5s and 1s

0 stars if I could. By far the worst bank. My company banks with US Back so I’m FORCED to come here. Understaffed and rude. 2-3 “employees” behind their desks in their offices watching the line get longer and longer while 1-2 tellers fight through the line. I was told to call ahead of time to ensure staffing and cash on hand…. SERIOUSLY you are a BANK?!?! Update…they have no 10’s today?!?!?!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment as a NEW customer with the branch. They had the wrong time and the branch manager accused me of being late even though I have 3 texts confirming my appt. time. I waited 20 minutes and still NO help, so I walked out. Way to loose a customer. Unacceptable customer service, thank you for showing what USBank customer service looks like.

Bad communication, such of bad reputation solving problems with their Customers. Branch location should have to change their assistance personal.If you’re interested on open an account with them I’ll suggest you to keep in mind that it will be a nightmare.Go to different bank.

People are not treated as humans at that branch, but as walking wallets. No flexibility, no problem-solving, no respect - just robots that stick to their mantra that every question is answered by appointment only. The only real human there who listens and responds to your needs is Yusef - he is really helpful.The much better branch is on Havana and Mississippi - they will answer your questions, acknowledge your presence, help you once available (not rigidly by-appointment-only), and not pretend like you are not there. Go to that branch if you want human help; otherwise, ask for Yusef to avoid dealing with robots.

If you want your question answered/problem solved, don't go to that location. I have been a US Bank customer for 15 years, and I've never seen such poor customer-service in any brach in Colorado. America is (justly) notorious for putting money over people, and this brach is the epitome of such disregard and inadequacy.
