This bank is a scam. Do not bring you actual business here they will make a killing off of you in overdraft chargers. They only care about big business. They don’t care about the small business.

My debit card broke. Went in to try and replace it, was told by fraud agent I could go into any location and they could get me a new one on the spot. Went into branch, was not told in any clear way how that was going to happen but that she was happy to issue me a temporary card in the meantime. She then told me to open my app and do it myself. Irritated I pulled out the phone and she immediately begins telling me to connect my app with her computer. Confused as hell at this point I stop her from doing anything and walk out to try and figure out the app. Learning that the app was not going to help me in this situation, I went back in, was greeted by a different teller, who did to his credit rush order me a new card, but then informed me that I was actually not allowed a temporary card due to the fact my account had not been open long enough with them. I walked in expecting a new card, I walked out pissed off with cash. I bet you would get different answers from every person if pressed. Horrible experience

Undoubtedly the worst bank Ive ever dealt with and a bunch of crooks. I had $6’000 in my one account, one day they decided to freeze the account without ANY communication whatsoever. Not an email, phone call, nothing.
I went into my nearest branch and they couldn’t tell me why, nor give any answer about the $6’000 in my account and when I can access that.
They just keep “escalating” the ticket to different departments without ANY comms directly to me. I have to enquire from the branch to get a vague update every few months… it’s been 4 months, my money is still frozen (or stolen by the bank who knows).
I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Your money isn’t safe here and they basically take it whenever they want without ANY communication.

Employee gave me false information about an online application. They said I just had to wait even though it had been over a week already and refused to give me a phone number to call since she couldn’t help me. I called the main line and learned I needed to call an authentication line to confirm verbally that I had submitted the application. So no, waiting wasn’t going to do anything. Seems like something a branch employee should know. She was also very rude and tried to rush me out of there.

As a customer at this branch for 30 years, I can honestly say the service at this US bank is fantastic - especially if you manage to get Vera Rodriguez to help you- she’s amazing and knows her stuff!
I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs .

They charged me a $7 fee to cash their own US bank check. Seems outrageous when the check was issued by us bank. Just another way to suck cash from the working class.

Staff is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. Prices for safe deposit box is lower than other banks with which we have dealt.
