Elisha saved the acct for us ! We just transferred here from Cali , went to two other branches , treated with the utmost DISRESPECT & we had planned on switching banks once our home purchase was complete- Today we were pleasantly greeted & treated with absolute dignity, respect & thoroughness - I will make it my mission to drive the hour here to work with this man for any banking other than simple withdrawals & deposits - Absolutely outstanding service

What a fiasco. I rearranged my entire day to make this appointment to open an account. They failed on many things needed to get this to happen for me. The lady absolutely did not care or take responsibility. US bank you gotta come get this branch straightened out.

The Branch Manager Liana is extremely rude and unprofessional. The clerk posted my transaction incorrectly and Liana refused to assist in anyway. I've been a member for a very long time and the level of customer service at this branch is unbelievable!!

Worst service I have ever got, them three lady’s ain’t smarter then a box of rocks. They will tell false information and put in wrong information after telling them multiple time that’s not right then turn around and blame you.. I beg you to never ever come to this place.. on top of everything they find a way to charge you for there mess up.. just horrible service. They actually even hung up on me and waited for six to come around to not answer the phone and close called back multiple time and they didn’t answer .. they must hire anybody and everybody
