The culture in this bank has changed completely all the tellers working are extremely helpful and the new branch manager really cares about helping the customers ! I’m so happy my local bank is reliable.

US BANK is horrible for seniors!!! I don't know if US Bank just wants us all to just line up and be removed from society because they they think we are difficult for expecting customer service which used to be a thing a few decades ago, I have been a client of US Bank for many years with my funds all being directly deposited into my account. I have never had any overdrafts. My local small business employer recently made changes to his business model due to rising costs and fewer customers, during which my pay check did not clear which of course was an oversight caused by between bank timing. As a result 2 of my payments were returned, no fault of mine. I am a senior with very limited income, and US Bank charged me 2 returned check fees totaling HALF my paycheck. The manager had the ability to forgive these charges, but instead chose to keep my hard earned dollars to add their billion dollar money chest. This will affect me for weeks. As soon as I can get my direct deposits switched to my new bank account I will close my account with USBank due to their attitude and treatment toward seniors on fixed incomes as demonstrated by the manager. She is NOT friendly, has never smiled, always treats customers as an imposition and the lines are typically 20 minutes long. I cant wait to get away from her and them. THEY ARE HORRIBLE FOR SENIORS!!!

Walked into the bank with no other customers and none of the telllers wanted to help me they were just looking like I interrupted their break or something. The lady didn’t even give me a chance before turning me down . The tellers seem as if they may discriminate against non Hispanic individuals

Came in on a Saturday to take my name off a non- profit account. It took about 30 min to set up the account with the people. I was told they did not have time to take me off the account before they closed so they wouldn't do it. They had fifteen minutes before close. So now I have to come another day. This is poor customer service. It only takes one signature to close the account.

My banks account was closed yet a loan,my taxes and my check were still deposited to it.Have been given the biggest runaround between going to a branch and getting transferred around different departments.Branch manager was completely sub-par in assisting to resolve anything,my account is closed yet I haven't had any money I worked for for the past 2 weeks.This is a CIRCUS; go to a credit union and dont be part of this clown show

Worst bank ever, as we all know it's Christmas and went to buy the last of my Christmas presents and they noted my card as fraud after the first two purchases went to make another and I was totally humiliated and embarrassed. Then talk to the fraud specialist and she was the most rudest person I have ever talked to and I wasnt done she hung up on me, you don't treat people like that ..

Literally when I first moved to Colorado I needed a new bank account. Deposited my last $300-400 at US bank and they took all my money from me for around a week and I was unable to buy food or a plane ticket and I moved here with no friends/family. They stole it because I didn’t have a social security card (mine was stolen in 2018 I have used a passport ever since). My question to them is, then why did you take my money to begin with just to hold it hostage? Truly traumatizing. 2 years later here I am writing a review about the horrific experience with this bank. 0/10 recommend

Have been a customer for decades. This location is going downhill and fast. Waited in the front of the line for over 10 min while employees walked around not paying any attention, we were obviously not a priority. It’s unacceptable. The management is 100 to blame for not taking any accountability for their terrible customer service. To top it off they actually shorted me on my cashed check, so glad I recounted the money. 400 short!

I wish to God that I never opened up an account here!! I opened the account over the phone and the customer service agent got my email wrong and so I was unable to get my account verified. These U.S banks NEVER answer the phone so you never know if they are opened or closed. They cannot even fix the email mistake made by THEIR customer service department, so the money that I opened it up with is no where to be found!!! Do NOT come to this bank!! Worst bank in the world. Your better off going to the mob to keep your money!!!

US Bank used to be a fairly normal bank but they’ve gone completely off the rails. They will routinely cut off your access to your own money without notifying you about why. They will hang up on you when you try to find out why your card is being declined. Then they’ll tell you that their automated fraud prevention system does not give them information about why it made a decision to turn off your card. So if all of that sounds like how you want to spend your time then US Bank is the bank for you. Personally I’m swapping to a competent bank but wanted to let everyone know if you enjoy misery and being cut off from your money and representatives with enormous attitude then USBank would love to have your money (so they can prevent you from getting access to it).
