Terrible service. The clerk was "out for lunch" from 3pm-4pm. They came out at 4:05 and told everyone that was waiting in line that the system was down due to a power outage and they couldn't process anything. They were definitely just being lazy and didn't want to work.

Just went to the post office and the same lady that help me last time was there. She always seems to act like you are bothering her when she is getting paid to be there and do a job. The customer before me, she barley listened to and cut him off short. I didn't even ask additional questions, because she seemed to have a funky attitude. Not to mentioned we were waiting in the lobby for 5 mins because the door was locked. Please find someone who wants to work. It's sad I haven't been here in months and she still have that same dry attitude. Do better!

Staff are helpful when they're open, but this place is very difficult to use after hours. The front doors are locked, there's no indoor drop slot you can use. There are outdoor drop boxes and from the car pull-up side, only mail 1" thick can load through. On the other side of the box, on a concrete island with a curb, there are larger slots where 3" thick mail can pass. That side is not wheelchair accessible.

This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had the front desk lady Alma is about as unhelpful as she can possibly be and has zero compassion. I recently mailed some packages to my brother in Hawaii and miraculously all of them made it except for the one I told the alma I put the sunglasses in that being said I’ve been back two or three times now I’ve called and filed the claim, and for some reason she told me that the managers are all out delivering mail and there’s no possible way to get a hold of them. I find that hard to believe considering if something goes wrong how do you get a hold of them? This whole situation seems like a scam. I’m attaching a picture. If it were up to me, I would have this place shut down. The picture included with this post is the only thing that arrived in Hawaii and the box was full of T-shirts and everything else.

10.27.23 3:49pm The worst customer service experience I've had and witnessed in a long time. The women behind the counter was obviously very upset and was taking it out on the customers. This is not a person who should be working with customers. The statement she made to a customer of "O no, not today, don't make me, mmmmm no no no better not with me...." As the were clarifying what she had said was just strange. Passive aggressive threats to stop a customer for clarifying something? USPS has come down in the few years but witnessing this puts them at their lowest. This is not only a customer service problem but a management problem. I've never seen the regular mail person at the counter ever act in such a way (at any location). These services can be completed by FedEx weekly for me rather than watch someone make an attempt to degrade customers in an effort to do what appears to just make herself feel better for the inadequacies she has. 2*'s because this is just one single employee and every other experience here has been positive. 5*'s to the regular cs representative, NO stars for the cs representative today ?

If it was possible to leave them a zero star review, I would. Every time I go to this post office the doors are locked and they are closed for lunch or some other reason. There is no excuse for this and they need to be open when they say they are going to open. Be better.

The place evidently has staffing issues. Three times in the last week I've driven two miles to this post office--only to find the desk closed (and not even during lunch hours). Don't go here if you really need something done now. Very disappointing!

I took a damage claim in for inspection and was turned away and told to go online. I came back with the letter from the post office that clearly stated to bring the package in person for inspection. Someone claiming to be a manager scanned the packaged and typed something into the computer and said she noted visible damage. My claim was denied on the grounds that I didn’t submit the package for inspection. I filed two appeals and both were denied. I filed a complaint with USPS, and someone from the location left me a nasty voicemail saying she’d told me I had to go online. It was a $150-valued package that I paid to insure. I fought for a year, all because they flat out lied. Also, I agree with what people are saying about the open hours and accessing the PO Boxes. I rented one on the premise the lobby would be accessible to get my mail and, within a few months, they changed that to be only open when the service desk is open. And, often it’ll be the posted open hours and the doors are locked. It’s awful. I can’t wait until my contract is up and I can just never see these people again.

Doors are locked most of the time and PO Boxes are only accessible between 9:30am-5pm weekdays, if they don't close early. There is no window service or assistance available, despite what the signs say. Don't waste your time here.

It’s 6:55pm and I drove an hr to a locked door because this building can’t provide accurate P.O. Box hrs to the people who pay to use a P.O. Box…

Hands down the most incompetent people to ever touch mail. I put a hold on my mail for three weeks. When i came back they lost all my mail, 3 weeks worth of mail and all packages. Then the horrid thing that kind of resembles a woman, had the nerve to tell me to get out of line because other people were there. I'll be getting the postal inspector involved because this place is just filled with people with a room temp IQ and they need to be held accountable.

This is a strange little post office. Mostly I go here to check a post office box so that's pretty straight forward. The inside facility is never very busy. Which makes it a great location right before the holiday, compared to most. However, they have also been closed inside at least 2 times in recent memory, which sucks. So it's hit and miss.
