Not a month goes by that we do not have an issue with our mail carrier's ability to provide a parcel locker key for delivered packages to our cluster mailbox. We go through the painful process of filing a missing delivery claim only to be called and told the packages are in the parcel locker. PROVIDE A KEY DING-DONG!
** If you don't see the key in our mailbox and we are collecting our mail each day but the packages remain in place, then a bell should go off that something is wrong! Pay attention **
IT NEVER IMPROVES. DO SOMETHING MONTBELLO USPS. HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE OR TRACK METRICS ON HOW MANY TIMES WE HAVE FILED A MISSING DELIVERY CLAIM.

Hi!! So no one goes through this anxiety and stress like I do this is the WORST post office I’ve ever been to. I lost my mail key two weeks ago, placed an order for a new one that takes 3 weeks (insane amount of time but whatever) so all of my mail is supposed to be delivered to the post office. I have come now 4 times to pick up mail and they have only had it once. Each time they say “we have no mail” then they call the mail carrier and see it’s still being delivered in the mailbox. I have the tracking I have informed delivery, I am getting married in two weeks and it is important mail such as WEDDING BANDS, RECEPTION DRESS, ETC. They just tell me there’s nothing they can do and come back tomorrow. I am so upset by the way this has all been handled. 0/10. You’re better having your mail delivered on the street.

Hello Guys!!! I’ve ever experienced about my package. I supposed to receive 2 packages on that day. 1 package have a code and the postman take a picture of the package. The postman put in parcel locker. The other package there is no code and no picture. When I checked the tracking number, delivered in parcel locker. I talked to postman he said, he put the 2 packages in 1 locker. The packages are not gonna fit in 1 locker because the 1 package was big box and the other medium size. My package is missing. Something fishy on that post office. The supervisor needs to check. There are stealing issue. Make sure you get insurance and signature.

Not overly inviting place to drop off packages. But they were available and there was no line which was a blessing!
It may have been that she was focusing on what to do with the misdelivered packages I was bringing in...
Whatever the reason, I have found my experience with the branches locally not to be as welcoming as Brighton and the Alameda branch.

Cashier was not of very much assistance, made me purchase tape for a box for $3.99 and the box came with tape strips. I was unaware and she didn’t try to help.

Usually the service is good but the last three months have been a headache! We were outside loading a dumpster just starting our move process and our regular mail man stopped with the mail, asked if we were moving I replied with “yes but not until the end of the month” he asked if I would like the forwarding paperwork so I can fill them out when ready and I said sure! He brought them back the next day. After that we stopped getting mail. At that time I was waiting for my taxes and some packages and I noticed the packages were being forwarded back to where they came from because they didn’t have a new address to go to. Welp I went in and asked the worker about my mail and she checked with the mailman and he said that he STOPPED MY MAIL BECAUSE I MOVED 🤦♀️ so all my mail including my taxes were returned to sender since I hadn’t filled out the forwarding address forms yet, since we hadn’t moved yet.
Fast forward to the move! We move. I put in the forwarding address forms into my mailbox and watch the woman take them out of the box and figured good it’s all set, welp 3 weeks go by and we weren’t getting mail at our new location and stopped by the house and mail was still being sent there. So I again went into the post office and asked them about my forwarding paperwork and the woman states that there was no record of my forwarding paperwork in the system. Got it all set
up I thought and i JUST called to confirm and once again they couldn’t find it in the system!!! So WTF is so hard about forwarding mail? I literally was in the office and filled out the form in front of the postal worker and handed it back to her, she typed on her computer and a few minutes later said it was all set and now a week later with still no mail at either my old address or new address and I now find out again that my forwarding information was NOT in the system. I’m so aggravated at this whole situation.

The employees here are lazy and have conversations more than working. Extremely slow and bad service.

This place made me rethink privatizing mail. If this is what we have, anything is better.

I have an oversized package that they won’t deliever to my apartment because of its sized. Why would they even agree to ship it if it is too big to fit on their truck & I have to pick it up?? I’m upset that I’m being inconvenienced.

$500 package was supposed to be delivered from this branch. Never received it so filed a lost package inquiry. Branch supervisor Mehreteab Weldelibanos claims he spoke to the mailman who delivered the package and they say they delivered it. Checked the security cameras at my work and there were no USPS drivers at the time they say they delivered the package. I ended up having to file another claim with the company I ordered from. Luckily they resent the package with no issues.

I pay for a PO Box here and normally have no issues but I just sat outside the locked doors for 20 minutes, trying to get the attention of a worker to unlock them, so I can check my mail, mind you they’ve never been locked. First, she definitely knew I was there and just ignored me. Second, unless they changed it all of a sudden, the lobby is suppose to be open 24/7. Why is it locked at 6:30 pm and nobody wants to unlock it for me?!?

Would give zero stars if possible. The two female workers are rude and aggressive. They will try to refuse to put your mail on hold and when it is on hold conveniently not be able to find any of it. They refuse to answer the phones or get a manager so it is impossible to resolve issues. Terrible service and terrible workers.
