Really friendly service. Super helpful and knowledgeable about finding the cheapest way to send stuff.

Fake phone number, no one answers. Have to physically go into the building to communicate.

I had an amazing experience at the Marion St. Post Office thanks to Syreeta. It was right before closing, the line was long, and honestly, my request was kind of confusing and probably annoying. But Syreeta treated me with nothing but kindness, patience, and professionalism. She went out of her way to help me figure everything out without rushing or making me feel like a burden but was also so efficient.
In a high-stress moment where most people would’ve understandably just tried to get through the line, Syreeta chose to show up with warmth, grace, and real customer care. That kind of attitude isn’t just rare - it’s invaluable. She represents USPS with excellence, and if anyone deserves a raise or recognition, it’s her. Thank you, Syreeta! :)

The lady at the counter Thao was not friendly, rather bossy. She could have spoken more nicely with me. The post office was not crowded. It was around midday. My previous visits with other customer service representatives were quite okay.

Friday at 5pm was fast service. I felt like I won the lottery. Good luck everyone !
Btw- a steel gate now protects the frontdoor entrance, which seems smart given Denver's constant homeless issue.

It was a SIMPLE request.....forward our mail four blocks away......sigh! They are sending all our mail back to the sender....sigh! AND THEIR IDIOT RECORDING HANGS UP ON YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REPRESENTATIVE.........sigh!

The two clerks at the front were extremely nice and helpful! I went around 2:30PM so it was very slow. Would reccomend coming around this time for fast & great service :)

These people having pleasant experiences are either mentally ill or just moved from Kabul. Terrible, slow service.
I've upgraded this to 3 stars since the sanitation problems caused by the homeless have improved and there are actually 2 people working sometimes.

Patrick should not work at this branch or the USPS. Incredibly rude. Makes unnecessary comments to people patiently waiting in line. Time to retire.

They run out of money orders, so if you are looking to pay your rent BE sure to visit the downtown location as they are less likely to run out of them

I Needed to verify my change of address in person, and the ladies behind the desk were both very polite and helpful, and I was in and out no problem.

I filled out a replacement key form three months ago and have not received one yet. Every time I go to get my mail the older lady at the front with glasses and braids/dreads tells me that someone will be in contact with me, which they haven’t. I personally gave her my phone number and name on a form twice now after they lost my package and she said a supervisor would be in contact with me by the end of the day and I have still yet to hear anything TWICE IVE DONE THIS I went in today to grab my mail/packages that I have proof of delivery to this post office and to ask about my key - she told me again that someone would be in contact with me, gave me my mail then refused to give me my packages or let me speak with a supervisor. I cannot stress how frustrating this is that the actual post office has lost my packages and there’s no help but the useless robot sales lady of a human at the desk.
