Very unhelpful staff. If you accidentally use this address for general delivery they will just return it to sender no questions ask and do not care about how much it will cost you.
This is even though they are very aware that there is no information online saying that some post offices do not do general delivery

Package of prescription drugs that are a controlled substance was lost for 2 weeks. Now I go to pick it up after I got a call Saturday that they finally found it and they are closed at 2pm on a Monday and it’s the last day I can pick up. I took off work to get it. This is absurd.

I guess I may be bias since the last two reviews want to smear my name, one I don’t open packages I have no desire steal any items, I place them carefully into our equipment what they do on the other side is on them, two I don’t physically carry mail so for the posters to take longer then the person expects maybe don’t pay for ground the cheapest way to get them there. I work hard to provide amazing customer service if your going to try to sully my name please come with actual facts not gripes that are not my fault…never wake a sleeping panda.

Mail gets opened, and robbed! If your lucky enough, packaged again to be shipped but not in the condition it was recieved. The skin colored package is the actual package I shipped it in. I have pictures of when it arrived to it's destination.
Go to a different usps.

Waited in line 25 minutes for the single worker to then refuse to give me shipping estimates unless I was going to pay right then. When I explained I needed the estimates so the person receiving the items could pay me first, and that I could commit to sending them within the week but not today, she said they wouldn’t help me because the line was too long with “paying customers.” I’ve visited multiple USPS offices for estimates over the years and never had a problem. I can find nowhere on the website any statement that someone must agree to pay that day before getting a shipping estimate, likely because she made that “rule” up. I should not be penalized because they’re trying to shorten a line. Anyway, I went around the corner and UPS was happy to give me estimates, and took less than 8 mins from the time I walked in the door to do it. If they really wanted to move the line faster they could have just helped me, or the supervisor who came out to argue/berate me could have helped the other people in line. Anyway, moral of this story is use UPS.

The mail carriers and supervisors are trash. I've been having issues with the carriers for over a year. It's like they allow carriers to do a job that their not even trained properly for. Then when you take your concerns to supervisors at this location they try to turn it on you like you're doing something wrong When all I asked is, why do I keep getting other people's mail delivered to my property as well as why my return mail never gets picked up. Such trashy attitude towards easily fixable problems.

I haven’t had a lot of issues and staff has always been nice, but today I tried to come to my PO Box and the post office was closed because the internet was down. The area for the boxes should’ve at least been open for people to get their mail and to keep in mind anything that might’ve been delivered before or after the internet issue would have to wait which is no issue. Didn’t seem to make sense to close the whole place down.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The manager, Michael, is an absolute machine. While waiting in line, I watched him personally call a delivery driver who, possibly, had an important package for the man in front of me. Michael then coordinated for the two to meet ASAP to hand deliver the package. He, then, did the same thing for me after my package wasn't found at the location. I walked home, and the USPS delivery guys were waiting for me, package in hand. Phenomenal job.

First time here, and there is a LONG line, as only one person is working behind the counter. I feel like I'm waiting in line at Walmart
