Shipped my package to NJ nearly three weeks ago. Cannot get ahold of ANYONE there nor are they even returning my local postmaster's call. Atrocious. They need to answer their phone or pony over 500 bucks for losing this.

The worst post office I have ever used. The guy who works the front desk will laugh in your face when they lose your package, and they will lose your package. When I was dropping my package up the lady in front of me was complaining that they had lost her packages, sure enough a week after shipping mine with Priority Shipping, it is now lost too. They have been extremely unhelpful in finding it and made it seem like it was my fault for trusting them with my package

USPS does not deliver my mail correctly. Been trying to remedy this for months. They used to answer the phone. Old manager has left and now nobody answers the phone and nobody in the PO can help me because supervisor never there. I Guess I will have to file a complaint with the Inspector General.

If I could give a 0, I would. Absolutely horrible customer experience. I've had to call the main customer support line 4x for 2 boxes that the mail carrier refuses to deliver. She continues to mark them as delivered and then leaving 'sorry we missed you' cards so that I can't get redeliveries schedule. I have to go physically and pick them up. The management office calls and just says to 'work with them' on issues but refuses to have the carrier do their job. Avoid at all costs. If they don't want to deliver packages, they shouldn't offer the service. When buying online, you have no preference of what service to get.

not this post offices fault but the calling service is genuinely useless and infuriating it is impossible to speak to a real person i don’t even care about the package anymore id rather waste my money and never receive it than try to get a hold of anyone again

I want to thank the staff there, Especially Mr. Van. I’ve been going consistently every month just dropping off packages. The staff and Van have been tremendous help. From just telling me what my package label entails (free package for priorities etc) next the professionalism.

Watch out for USPS. They send packages to the wrong address. And they don't respond to emails. Ordered an 85" Tv with a debit card. the 85" Tv was shipped to Columbus, HO. It was supposed to go to Denver, CO, not Columbus, OH. You need to pay attention to the shipping labels. Now, if I don't get a response back. I will report this to the creator of USPS. Which is Congress. Where is the Tv? The USPS owes my friend an 85" Tv, that got shipped to the wrong address. Their error was not the company's fault and not my friend's fault. This is a serious matter.

Called to inquire about a package that was 4 days late and labeled as "undeliverable due to business/delivery location being closed" which made no sense to me. I even waited until the next business day in hopes the package would arrive, but it didn't.A male answered the phone, and when I asked about getting more info on a package of mine, he told me to "hang on" and then hung up on me.I called back THREE more times, and the line just rang FOREVER until it couldn't anymore.Waited 5 mins, called again. This time, a female answered with "What, ma'am?" In the rudest tone.Before I could even finish my sentence, she cuts me off, tells me the package will be delivered today, and hangs up.I'd rather this location hire the homeless people in the area.. No idea how you can be this rude to customers and still have a job.
