Ouf i hate leaving negative reviews but this little post office fails at so many angles. The employee at the desk that has been there a few times, when I arrived he was sleeping at the front desk, he's the least friendly of all the employees there. He was weighing a package for me and part of the tape ripped and he gave it back to me and said I needed to buy tape or bring it back taped more securely. He wouldn't offer a piece of tape to seal it. I stopped in another day and there was a mail carrier on the customer side of the table and he said the woman behind the desk left to get coffee. He couldn't help, he was just watching the desk. I waited there for her to return, he left when she arrived, I don't understand why coffee breaks aren't covered by behind the counter employees. Poorly staffed. Understaffed.

Thank goodness their 24-hour kiosks are actually accessible. This is the 3rd USPS stop, 16 miles, 2 hours of drive time. I would give 5 stars, but like anything Denver, you have to park a hike away to not have to pay for parking. I lucked out with only a 7 minute walk one way. I really do appreciate that the kiosk was available and working.

I’ve been to a several USPS locations over the past few months for wedding related mail and have had by far the best experience at this location. They were able to answer my questions and were efficient.

This is the most awful post office I’ve been to. Their employees are watching games/movies on their phones instead of assisting customers. Tried to purchase a money order from them and could barely get a service.

Staff seem completely over it. Customers beware you might get ignored or worse, treated with obvious contempt.

Cherry creek post office Staff Provided inaccurate information regarding the ‘authorization to hold mail’ service. Staff appears unaware of how the process works as the mail for certain zip codes are held at a completely different location but fail to tell (if it’s held at all). My Mail continued to pile up and the hold was not done. Glenwood post office staff resolved the situation.

My experience at this location was unbearable. I’m aware that usps workers aren’t always the friendliest ppl but Gabe took it to a new low. Not only was he incredibly rude and disrespectful to me but also to everyone who was there while I was inside. Stop hiring people who hate their jobs, there is no reason that individual should be in a customer facing position. I will go out of my way to not come back to this location.

Read through these reviews and wish to echo others complaining about Gabe - I was the ONLY customer there, he was stocking shelves, and he said he would help me but continued his stocking activity. He then told me I had to use the self-help mailing system, which could not measure my package. By the time I'd wasted 10 minutes trying to get the self-help system to work (with assistance from a waiting customer behind me) there was a line waiting for Gabe. He whined at me for being "so impatient". Is this the best the US Postal Service can offer? No wonder people don't use it.........

The clerks were so kind, helpful and patient. I was there at 2:45 PM and there was no line or just a couple people over the course of 15 minutes. I know that can vary, but it was excellent.

The stuff is unbelievably rouse! I m new in town, came in and asked a very simple question:: do you have fax here? In return a black guy with a very mean face expression pointed to the end of huge line. I said : yes sure I will go to line in f I know that you have a fax facility. He again just pointed forgot finger to the line as if I’m a dog , who supposed to be trained! It’s very offensive
