Your mail people are supposed to leave packages in the community box. All they left was a stupid note saying sorry, didn't fit in your mailbox, and you have to set up redelivery. That's never happened, it's always just attempted delivery the next day. Your mail people are lazy and rude, my door is a literal 10 steps away from the mailbox and they could easily drop it off. The website is 1000% useless and the function for redelivery doesn't even work. Phone is even worse, good God it took twenty minutes to get to a human being TWO TIMES because the first one hung up on me. Y'all are awful and stop sitting at the mailbox where cars need to pull out in the San Francisco West complex to eat your lunch.

UNSAFE! I witnessed an employee throwing a package at a delivery person, with no questions, no explanation. I left completely traumatized and concerned about the situation.
Also, delivery person is misplacing letters at our neighbors mailbox. Important letters had been misplaced.

First and foremost I want to start with how certain places can feel intimidating when walking into. As someone who works in customer service I always belive that you do your job right when you as the employee connect with the customers. Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible. I am so grateful for her helping me today and this post office must be so grateful to have a kindhearted person like her on the staff!

Every time I’ve come here, the workers have been kind. Even when backed up, they clearly do their best. Definitely wish more people were scheduled to be present during rush hours. But I appreciate the kindness & genuine effort at this location.

Nobody answers the phone when I call. I'm trying to figure out why they refused to deliver a package I ordered, USPS told me to call this office, but the phone just rings and then hangs up

You left a notice saying I have to reschedule a delivery or schedule to pick up the package. Your website does not allow to do either. Your customer service does not allow you to speak to a real person. Where is my package going to go now? Why cant i just pick it up on aaturday? But there is no way to communicate that to the post office

Lines a lot of times, but any time I've had issues with mail they've been very helpful. Not a perfect office but definitely not the best.

The delivery drivers at this location are lazy and incompetent. I live in a complex that only has first floor doors so when the driver has to deliver packages, there are NO stairs. It doesn't matter. They will just leave a missed delivery slip in your box without attempting to come to the door. Both myself and my bf work from home so there is absolutely no excuse other than pure laziness by the delivery drivers. And complaints raised to the location do not go reported. The desk staff complains about the delivery drivers as well. Terrible location, and checks and balances. There are people who rely on this service to work as it is supposed to work and are incapable of driving to the post office every time a package isn't delivered. Awful location, terrible employees with no integrity.

Went to pick up my mail that was on hold & they can't find it. There are 2 important documents that were in that mail & I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Been using subscribe and save on my dog’s food for 3 years and suddenly - literally out of nowhere - it’s undeliverable and I have to come pick it up from the office? I live in a little HOA neighborhood with no gate or code and your carrier claims my door was blocked by a code? Where? What code? I have a sidewalk up to the door where this has been left at no issues for THREE FREAKING YEARS.
I was a cca, I know how hard the job is. I still cannot fathom treating your route like this.
Not even one of the obnoxious bags either. So. Thank you for literally nothing but spam mail.

Rude employees. Rude manager. No one will tell us why our mail stopped getting delivered and they aren't gonna look or do anything about it.
Apparently, they took it upon themselves to not deliver mail to an address i never stopped my mail from going too.
But I wouldn't know they wouldn't look to find out or anything . Didn't even ask my name or the zip code or anything. What is the point of paying these people? What are they doing? Nothing it would appear.
I don't know how they would know the mail wasn't being delivered due to the house being abandoned. But she wouldnt even look and try to help see what happened she just assumed. Not to mention it was never empty for them to assume that

I love this post office and all the workers there. It’s so nice seeing their familiar smiling faces everytime I go. No matter how long the line, they are so polite and helpful!
