Why is USPS sending my packages back to sender? I received 2 other packages yesterday from Amazon, usps worker marks my package as “addressee unknown” when he never attempted to deliver my package. I was holding my dog indoor watching him on Raleigh st. When he sees my front door open he takes off! He just marks my package return to sender! How is it that ups and Amazon don’t have an issue delivering to my address?

I go to this post office all the time, the employees are nice, usually long wait times depending on what time of day you go.

Our new woman mail carrier has been very rude. I am disabled and she brought me a big box left at the bottom of my three steps. I opened the door and asked if she could help me and she had a bad attitude saying you have a dog so I can't approach your house. I said he is old and friendly, she just threw her hands up and left. I understand if maybe she has had a bad experience with a dog, but she didn't have to take it out on me with a bad attitude. I really miss our previous mailman, Thomas he was always so nice and helpful.

It sucks that we have to depend on a mail service that doesn't pay attention to detail. I had a certificate coming in the mail and the post office delivered it to the wrong address and I had to go in person to go get it. Which fine I would've just picked it up in the first place had I known how unreliable the service is in this area.
Another incident where this post office is truly unreliable. 😭🤯 Just how?
You all are doing this on purpose and it shows. Yall are so petty. Is there anywhere but here I could make a complaint. This post office needs to be investigated!

Everytime I go inside the workers are always super nice and helpful. Never had any problems. My forwarding address was accidentally started a week early. Called customer support and was only on hold about 10 minutes. The problem was fixed same day. Are they short staffed? Probably. Which post office isn't.

Haven’t received our mail since 2/3/25, so today I followed our mail man, and he was too busy on his phone, he totally missed Mabry Way from Michigan to Colorado, then he sat is the van on his phone for 30 minutes until I honked then he took off. This is ridiculous, I went to the post office they said the would investigate, then I called the 1-800 number on hold for over an hour,

They don’t stay open as late as advertised. They close at 4 or 4:30 daily, not 5.
One person helping customers on the day after a bank holiday? Expect long waits.

Explain why I see the usps truck pass right in front of my very own eyes just to do the street turned from me while I was walking out to leave my house-? & then when I come home..nothing…wait 3 hours till 8pm..nothing…then till 9pm…nothing… & then I get told I won’t get my PRIORITY mail till next business day (aka 3 days later). I SAW YOU. I LITERALLY SAW YOUR PHYSICAL TRUCK ON MY STREET IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE.
Edit: Okay so yall really playing in my face lmao….now you gonna deliver my moms package (next day btw) but I still won’t receive mine till Monday? WHEN YOU HAVE IT IN YOUR CORNY LITTLE BROKEN DOWN BUILDING?? Okay cool yall are disgusting. Go amazon, need to stick to them now.

This is by far the worst post office I've dealt with since living in Colorado. The post office seems to return half of my mail to the sender even though I've triple checked with the sender that my address is correct. This keeps happening for very important items such as my ballot, vehicle registration reminder, credit cards, and 401k documents. These are things I've received at this address in the past but the post office suddenly just returns to sender. Additionally, they are constantly delivering me mail for other addresses. The lack of service and ability to resolve this issue makes me wonder what is actually happening to some of these critical mail deliveries, and what my tax payer money is actually going to.

Horrible customer service. I don’t go here unless I absolutely have to and I always dread it. It seriously gives me anxiety to have to go in there. The clerks are always yelling at customers.
Plus the mail lady is terrible. My kids will smile and wave at her and she just ignores them plus she always throw our packages on our porch and are always in left in the snow or rain when have covered a portion of the porch that she could easily put them there
