I have tried repeatedly to work with this Post Office. But they tell you whatever you want to hear to get out of the conversation. First our carrier told her manager that our front door is open allowing our dogs outside. So she would no longer deliver to our mail slot on the house and we had to install a box at the street. This was a lie. We have always had a steel and glass panel deadbolted security door. Any person coming to our front door is safe. But to remove some stress for our dogs, we installed a box by the curb. When I pointed our front door situation to the branch manager, she said that wasn't what she was told and would talk to our carrier. I then asked for confirmation we would have packages delivered to our porch, not the curb. I was assured that would happen. It has not. I've spoken with management several times and they've said they would address it. Packages continue to be left by the curb in the elements. We have a covered front porch to keep packages dry. To top it off, they returned our mail why we were installing the mailbox and I have packages that the USPS lost while returning never to be seen again. They wonder why the whole service is falling behind UPS, FedEx, etc. When you give bad service and lie to your customers, they tend to go somewhere else.

First off: I am not surprised by what I see in the other reviews here, whether they be positive or negative. As a person with a small business who lives in the area I have used this location many times and have had both types of experiences at this branch. Yes, I can corroborate the fact that there is one particular postal worker at this location who seems to delight in making sure customers feel his obvious insecurities on a visceral level. It must be said that I have received very good customer service from this employee, seemingly as a reward for demonstrating an above-average competency in the complexities of postal protocol. This person's curmudgeonly attitude seems to ramp up and down randomly...and I might add that the other employees seem to adjust their customer service in order to offset his temperament. The mailperson who delivers to my home (a most pleasant individual) works out of this location. They mention that their job is "just fine except for the people I have to work with," which I can only assume means the person in question. While this individual has received much attention in this forum (and many others) I must point out that the other employees at this location have always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Yes, I agree: this branch looks like it belongs on some Hollywood backlot filled with sets of post-apocalyptic outposts from long-forgotten dystopian Kevin Costner vehicles. Additionally, any postal customer is taking their life into their own hands navigating the bombed-out craters of the parking lot. Yes, the the lines can be long, but if you're complaining about this I have to wonder if you have ever been to a post office before. When it comes down to it this is the only post office we have in this location...what are you going to do (other than file a complaint with the postmaster general or write a scathing online review)?

For real, I have seen bad customer service, but this nursing home wins. I understand they give jobs to old people, that’s great, but could y’all hire at least people with manners? It is sad, gtd what gtd but it feels sad coming to this place.

Old guy behind the counter talked to me like I'm stupid because idk his job but like... that's his job. Rude as hell. There's always bad lines here. I'll be going out of my way to not use this branch in the future. It's really small and unnecessary and they should probably stop wasting our taxes on poor service and just shut this one down.

We are signed up for "Informed Delivery" so we can see pictures of our mail. The post man has not been delivering the mail to us , but yet it says Delivered. Today I looked on the Informed Delivery and it says 16 mails , and I'm waiting for a very important time sensitive letter , which I did see it was supposed to be delivered today , well guess what , it said delivered but I received not one single letter today . I'm beyond past now.

My kids purchased a shirt for me as a gift. New postal employee delivered my package to the wrong address, the numbers were totally different my unit is designated with a letter the place he supposedly left it at is all numbers, he lied and said he put it in my box, so they treated my complaint as not true. Then they found out he lied so the supervisor supposedly sent him out to retrieve the package and they would call me I belive her name was moorene. Never got a call about the status or if it was found, its like upper management doesn't talk to each other either which is very frustrating. So now we're out money and product. The regular guy "boogie" there's never an issue with him. Hire more people with work ethic like him.

This has got to be my favorite Post Office I've ever been to! I love walking in and seeing a line of angry people held up by one elderly woman at the counter trying to write a check to ihop without her glasses on. All while the person working at the counter blankly stares into an oblivion. I love the front door that doesn't quite shut all the way. I love the dusty glass case that no one's touched in 15 years that's full of digital package scales and calculators for sale that partially bottle necks the lobby. I love when the occasional worker barrels out of the back to yell at everyone to get in line while everyones already in line. I love hearing the guy in front of me have a full volume Facetime call with his girlfriend. I mean, what's not to love about this place?

Good people doing good work under difficult conditions. Congress refuses to properly fund USPS, and all people can do is complain about the service. Blame Congress, not these hard workers!

all of a sudden they don't even attempt to delivery larger envelopes packages or boxes . if it doesn't fit in the mailbox they just leave a note for me to go pick up a the office. this is just laziness.

I've waited for the mail sometimes for days and never seen a mailman in all day. So sometimes the mail isn't even delivered.

This branch is the one that delivers mail to our residence and it’s horrible! Mail regularly just doesn’t arrive 1-2 days a week. Packages delivered to the wrong address in 6 months we have had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address. 2 thankfully the people they delivered them to drove over and brought them to us (thankfully there are some good people in the world one package was new checks) and the most recent one is just lost somewhere in the world. So frustrating it’s not a one time issue. File a complaint online usps and the branch manager will just basically call to tell you he doesn’t care. Avoid shipping with them if possible and save yourself the headaches.
