Don’t do the change of address online. It charges you $1 and does nothing. My mail as been being return to sender because they “thought” it was a vacant apartment. Don’t waste your time online just ask the mail person for a slip and don’t waste your time online. I haven’t received mail in MONTHS!!

I'd give no stars if I could. Today on 7/18/25 the postal carrier acted rude when I told her I'm expecting a package it says out for delivery I felt like she wanted an argument. I was also treated rude that I have to have my ID before she can hand it to me I've never had to show my ID for a package I know is mine! So she was inconvenienced again by having to put my package in the mailbox. I don't appreciate that your job is as a service to the customer not the other way around!
