The USPS web site states that the self-service kiosk at this location is available 24 hours. This is false. You cannot enter this location on Sundays. This is the reason for my 1-star review: inaccurate web site information that could easily be updated to be correct. The USPS caused me to waste over an hour of my time which I can never get back trying to find an actual 24-hour accessible self-service kiosk.
It is clear many people consult the useless USPS web site, because while I was at this location and looking for the next location to try, no less than four other customers appeared, all with packages in hand, clearly hoping to use the self-service kiosk. I get that the federal government wants to downsize and spend less. But it is inexcusable how inaccurate the USPS web site is. This is probably one of the easiest things to fix as well. I know there is a relational database driving this information. All they need to do is execute an update query to fix these inaccuracies. It would take a moderately skilled IT professional less than an hour to accomplish this task.
Yet another demonstration of this organization's ineptitude. And it has nothing to do with being a quasi-federal agency. It simply shows that no one in a leadership position in the USPS cares about their work or the quality of their services anymore. This behavior starts at the top, whether the organization is public or private.

Y’all have the most competent staff out of any post office but it’s also the slowest post office because you only have one person there. Your hours are already inconvenient, I work nights and the last two times I’ve gone just to simply pick up 1 package (the delivery driver for some reason never leaves in our locked secure mailroom) I’ve been behind only 2 people yet been there over an hour waiting. Get some more staff, or help your people out when there’s a line taking forever if you’re management hiding in the back there. Your wait times are unacceptable.

I know missing or damaged mail can be a headache. sometimes things happen, there’s a lot of negative reviews. But I wanted to share my experience. I am a long time online store seller and birch street has always been one of the most convenient locations for those who work super early. The staff, Annetta to be specific, apologies if typo on name . After a long day, I needed her help in locating a package I dropped off hours before. We both kept positive, communicated, and she helped me figure out the solution. Thanks to her patience and dedication to service, I had two happy customers. Thank you again for your grace and help!

When are they going to privatize the post office and get rid of this government waste. It's damn near impossible to mail anything unless you're standing in front of someone the self-serve kiosks are junk. Can we fire everyone who works at the post office and start over again. The only person I have any respect for is my male carrier that's it the rest of them need to go back under the rock they crawled out from. I will avoid the postal service at all costs. Go UPS

Arletta is as good as they say she is. I watched her make sure an elderly customer in front of me had her cc before she left. Someone going here for 20 years. It takes a special kinda customer service touch to do that.

Amazing service it was quick and easy on shipping my box. Last minute arrival and felt welcomed. Recommend on my experience. Also came in with my service animal and a lot of love was shown. Even by the customers themselves. Helped carry my box for me busy that I was needing to get all my dog in as well. All around good experience.

Always a line. A long line. One person working. Nothing is ever ever quick here.

The old lady was so rude! Went and retrieved a black employee in the back just in case I have any questions. It's time for her to sit down. It's always a bad time with her but this was over the line. And it's because of the COA that doesn't work online!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Management needs to clean house and get better workers. The two clerks that i usually run into are 2 old ladies that are super mean and passive aggressive with everyone and also RACIST. On top of that they will never deliver your packages as I have had to argue with these two old ladies more than once as to how I waited at the house all day only to have to bring myself to the post office because the driver with my package is too lazy and just automatically tags your package as “no safe location for drop off”. They do not care about these issues either As once I made them aware this was ongoing they blamed it on me and told me i have to contact the sender; fully deflecting my words and denying their responsibility. I cannot wait to move from glendale so I don’t have to deal with this place anymore.
Also for the two clerks in case your eyes make it to this review. Learn some manners, I understand you are probably 80 years old and miserable but you are on a customer service position. If being this mean to people on an everyday basis hasn't killed you yet and sure a little bit of kindness wouldn’t do much damage.

It’s literally insane that they locked the doors at 5:30 now, now we can’t drop off packages at night it’s really destroying my online business, I have a same-day shipping guarantee and now I can’t even drop peoples packages off at 7 PM after I get off work this is outrageous we’re in a post Covid world it’s time to get back to normal and stop being a bunch of babies, wake up Denver , Find people who wanna work and staff up, bring back to normal this is insane and stupid.
it is 533 and I just walked four blocks to the post office with five packages and now I’ve got a walk all the way back home with all of them and walk back tomorrow.
If you guys want to complain about the homeless going in there after hours it’s literally right across the street from the police station it’s not our fault that the Glendale police can’t do their job don’t destroy our businesses by locking the doors for the first time in 15 years

Had to return a package and was charged $4 to tape a single small box shut. Make sure to tape your boxes closed before showing up otherwise they will highway rob you.
