This is the third time I have had an issue. A larger package, that could have never fit into one of the boxes available and needed to be delivered to my door. Iâm worried because the last time I had this happen I went to the PO and they couldnât find it. They said they would look for it the next day and after a week said that it was lost. They then washed their hands of it. No refund, nothing, told me to call the vendor and work it out with them. This time I have something expensive, custom and fragile. Going to be pretty ticked off if this disappears. OhâŠ.. and itâs a week late.

I came in about 7 minutes until close with a time-sensitive document that needed to be sent as certified mail. There was a big line due to one person bringing in a ton of packages that needed to be mailed priority express. I scrambled to fill out my documents while the line began moving quickly. The staff was professional and efficient, and soon I was the last one left. I was unsure if i'd completed the documents correctly and wasn't sure my letter would make it to the recipient by the deadline without expedited shipping. Vincenzo and Peter were helpful, patient, informative, and kind. They discerned what my needs were and helped me figure out the most efficient way to send it, in addition to providing helpful advice to save me time with mail like this in the future. These guys were amazing and the US Postal Service is lucky to have them!

Update March 2025: Still the worst. Only one clerk works, while the line is long.
This is the worst post office ever, always you have to wait at least 30 minutes just for any service, it's so messy, and the worst part is, only one or two clerks at the desk, they're so damn slow, just go somewhere else.
Update July 2025: 5PM same thing, one clerk serves 20 customers..
They never learned and never tried to prove their service

Beyond Frustrated â Multiple Packages Missing and No Accountability
Iâm incredibly disappointed and honestly heartbroken over my experience with this USPS location. Iâve had multiple packages marked as âdeliveredâ that never arrived in my mailbox, and no one seems to care or take responsibility.
One of the packages contained custom-made jewelry for my fiancĂ©e and a special wedding gift for close friends who are getting married this weekend. These werenât just items, they were meaningful, personal, and time-sensitive. And now theyâre just⊠gone. Itâs baffling how something so important could be so carelessly mishandled.
Whatâs worse is the lack of communication and accountability. Iâve tried calling, emailing, even begging for someone to just talk to me and help fix this, and Iâve gotten nothing but generic apologies and dead ends. I shouldnât have to chase down people to figure out where my mail went.
Itâs clear the person delivering mail in my area isnât paying attention, and thatâs deeply frustrating. We rely on USPS to get things where theyâre supposed to go, not just because it's your job, but because what you carry matters to real people with real lives and real emotions tied to those packages.
This experience has left me anxious about every single package I have coming in the future, including items for upcoming weddings and other important events. I need someone to reach out and make this right. This is completely unacceptable.

These brand new drivers dont seem to want to drop and deliver a package, which is fine, if they leave the package to be picked up. Instead they return to sender. They got keys to to the condo building entrance door, keys to the office, seems pretty simple to drop off the package. And this new clerk at the counter, put my paper with the tracking number on the counter, she's like I'm not touching that paper, and I've seen her be rude with numerous other customers. Fire her, and some of these new drivers, you might have something that seems professional and well run

PO opens 8:30 a.m. I get in line at 8:50 a.m.. Only 1 clerk, 1 open window. 9 people in line. I'm the 5th person in line. 13 minutes later its my turn at the window. Clerk had to process: 6 certified w green card letters and she left the window twice to get packages to go search for packages customers were claiming with pink slips. This substation NEVER has enough clerks working at the windows.

Incredibly unhelpful and seem to not want to help customers at all - donât tell me âwe have your package but you cannot pick it up, but also; weâre not going to deliver it when it was supposed to be, even though you paid extra for itâ.
Donât charge extra for guaranteed shipping, tell me you have the package, and then not allow me to pick it up. What a racket.
