Idk why this PO has such bad reviews when they are the nicest people. There are lines but they exist at every post office. Thank you all so much for what you do!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have lost MULTIPLE packages through this USPS location. I constantly get emails saying my package was delivered to my mailbox via tracking # yet when I check there is no package, or I get “attempted” delivery slips a lot. I wish this was the only issue, but when you arrive to the actual location the clerks are so incompetent it’s unreal. Don’t bother calling this location, they won’t answer. Almost Every single issue I’ve had has gone unresolved at this USPS.

I have always had great experience with the staff working at this location. Currently in my apartment complex someone is vandalizing our mailboxes, this has been going on since December before the 23rd. So I have been coming to this post office once a week to pick up my mail. I think they're very friendly and yes there's always a line and there's only two people that are always currently working. But they are always very nice and friendly with me.

If I could give a zero I would. They have repeatedly lost my packages and never try to help find them or compensate for their mistake of losing it. I've reported them multiple times and nothing has been done.

Bad customer service, I went to return a package. I printed the return code and the instructions say that they (USPS) package and label it... In this office they asked me to package and put a tape on the return slip... In other USPS this does not happen

Absolutely horrible service! The clerk refused to give me my package even though he said it was there and a delivery had been "attempted" once already

They stopped delivering packages without warning or explanation. They claim to have made 3 attempts, but i would not characterize leaving a slip in my tiny apartment mailbox saying “pkg is too big for mailbox” as an “attempt.” No attempts are being made. Our mailboxes are very small, but the HOA office accepts all our packages for us, so no, this post office is not making any attempts to deliver our packages. But they are notifying the senders that they have “made three attempts” and that i was “unavailable” so they’re sending everything back. I am disabled, my vehicle was stolen last year - I really cannot be calling an Uber all the time just to get across town and stand in that miserable place for hours - and idk what the deal is with that white guy who is always yelling at people for not knowing the rules at HIS JOB for sending out packages. He made my roommate cry.So what all this means is that a pretty sizable chunk of Denver cannot get packages at our own homes. We pay for shipping, but they do not deliver to us. I have to pay extra to get packages delivered somewhere else, but at least it is close by, not often a very long wait, and the workers don’t yell at you for not packing your already taped and labeled box in another box that you have to buy, but you can’t find it, so you try to ask him where, “WE DON’T HAVE ANYMORE why don’t you just use the box you have it packed in already?” every time.Oh, i believe last time he became enraged about my choice of tape. I don’t even want my packages. Keep them. If only online retailers would let us know if they are ship out with USPS beforehand - there’s no point in buying stuff you’ll never get anyway.

Worst post office ever , they marked my U.S passport book, which I had been waiting for for a long time as delivered, wheras I never received it or found it in the mail box in which they claimed it had been delivered. I am sure they threw it in the wrong mail box carelessly by one of their lazy agents and then left , leaving me in a great anxiety and sadness. I don't even know what to do and if someone has misused my passport. how could you have done that to me the address is clear and the package was insured being a priority mail . Just read the unit number it's clearly written on the mail box.If you are not sure about the address don't deliver it to the wrong mail box. Just take it back to the post office or hand it over to the apartment office. Went to the post office and made a complaint. I was told they would call me later after taking with their supervisor but no one ever called. They couldn't care less.

They're sticklers for your id info being 100% exactly the same as whatever the sender wrote on the package, nearly all my packages get slips saying they couldn't fit them in the little community mailboxes, and whenever I go the line takes hours to get through...also I live just far enough on the edge of Aurora that I apparently count as Denver so it's at least 20 minutes to drive there after work, which is extra annoying if they close early.

What a mess of a post office, I feel bad for the workers at this location, 2 staff max at the counter at all times. It's busy, unorganized and you can tell people get aggravated quickly.

The worst post office I have ever visited. Terrible customer service, racist clerks, and Long waits for anything you might need. I hate this post office with a passion.

Stood in line for one hour. Only one person working counter. Will avoid coming here at all costs.
