I'm grateful that i found this place for my dog Bella. They take good care of her she receives an injection every month and it has helped her so much with walking. Thanks to all the vets.

Update: VCA reached out to me the next day and helped me cancelled my subscription. They explained that according to their policy, there is an exception for deceased pet. I am happy with the solution that VCA has provided.--------------------One of our cats just passed away recently, and I was told that if I want cancel my care club now for my deceased cat, I need to either pay for all the fees which were covered by the care club earlier, or keep on paying for the care club until the end of the current cycle for annual subscription. So now I am paying over $110/mo. for my deceased cat. Shame

Edit Post: VCA office did reach out, they have been nothing but kind and have tried to accommodate the best they can. While they know the situation can’t be fixed they have made efforts to make it better. I was issued a full refund and the office customized some memorial gifts for my girl. I appreciate their kindness and the ownership of the situation.I am going to start by saying the actual vet was amazing. He was kind and compassionate during my dogs last quality of life appointment. He is the only reason I am giving any stars period. To explain the situation I brought my dog in for her quality of life appointment before making the difficult decision to put her down after almost 16 years together. Like I said before the vet came in to explain the process and shortly after a vet tech came in to collect payment. At that time he let us know that we had two options; one being a private cremation and one being a group cremation. He advised with the group cremation she will be laid on her own next to other pets and then the ashes will be returned to us. He showed us the different urn options and he showed which one comes complimentary with the process. I told him I had plans to make rings out of her and her sisters ashes so the complimentary one would be fine. He then took my payment, almost $500, and we signed the papers and he had me select the option for a complimentary paw print as well. The rest of the process went as smoothly as it could have gone. A week later I receive a call from the vet stating that her paw print was ready. When I called about the ashes they said they had no ashes for my dog. I was immediately in hysterics. My husband called, at which time he was told that only the private cremations get returned even though we had specifically been told the opposite by their staff. The apologized and attempted to reach out to the cremation company but to no avail they had already gotten rid of my dog. They advised that the vet tech who told me I would be getting her ashes back either way was new. They offered to provide me a plaque with my dogs dates of life and death as well as issue a partial refund. I normally do not write reviews but I am physically sickened and heart broken and would not wish this on anyone else's family member. I had walked with my sweet girl for almost 16 years and this was a devastating error.

Great experience! Friendly staff and vet. Just a wee bit pricey though. I'd recommend for those who can afford a $300-plus visit for non-invasive care. I took my 7 yr old kitteh there.

Took my cat I recently adopted from a shelter here for his 1st vet exam, the staff are so sweet and work fast. Got to see Dr. Cohen and she was very elaborate & took her time explaining/going through ideas with me since Zeke is my 1st cat. We even got a goodie bag with cool stuff in it!

I moved across town and still use this location as my primary vet. Ryan has been great over the years and I have full trust in them!

I took 4 of my cats to this clinic and they’ve been wonderful with all of them. Its usually a quiet clinic which makes it comfortable for the animals and the staff is always very helpful. I’m sad that I’ll have to go to a new location because I’m moving. I know VCA isn’t the cheapest but they have high standards of care and well trained staff. I really like this clinic

Good about getting appointments. Sometimes feels like they are pushing products and selling versus treating your animal.

This place was exactly what I thought it was from the beginning, a bunch of people playing dress up. Literally hate this place. So glad we took our cat to urgent care after this place. Our cat was severely sick, dehydrated with trouble breathing. They said they tested him for both and were completely wrong on everything they told us. Urgent care said he was extremely dehydrated and had fluid in his abdomen making it hard for him to breath. They said there was no possible way VCA gave him an IV, they lied about it. Almost everthing they said and did was wrong and I called them out on it, which they doubled down on. They said if our cat is still having trouble breathing to take him to UC to be put on oxygen! They also told us that everything they were doing at Urgent Care could have been done at VCA, they just didn't want to. This place is a scam, they don't actually have any clue what they are talking about. You'd be better off making your own assumptions with your pets diagnoses.

This Vet clinic is world class. I had to take my beloved cat here unexpectedly. I was a first time customer and they treated me like I have been a loyal customer for years. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our baby Smokey but these people here made our heartache hurt a little less. I just want to say thank you to everyone working here and although I will never be able to truly repay you all for your kindness I truly thank you for all that you have done.

My dog was sick and I needed a vet fast. The receptionist was very friendly and got me in right away, they gave me options for my pets care and we didn't feel pushed into picking out what to do like I did when I went to Banfield pet hospital. They recommended a food and had it ready there and she was able to get better with fluids and it was reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

The staff are always so welcoming! They give out a gift baggy when you first join. They call ahead to remind you of the appointment which is helpful. The service is quick. They are kind of pricey compared to other clinics.
