Very rude and inconsiderate tellers the three times I was in this location. Been a member of Vector for over 20 years and I've never been treated like that at any other location. I see why they have a 2.8 review rating that's exactly the way I was treated. I just moved closer to this location but I will drive an extra 15 20 minutes just not to go to this I would never recommend this location to anybody stay away.

The Vectra Bank on S Federal are very rude to non customers. They have no empathy towards non customers. To get a check cashed you need 2 forms of ID they will take a Medicaid card but not a insurance card that I pay for I don't get your policy.. Very disappointed

Run away from this branch!!!! Very incompetent bankers. I have dealt twice with Laura P. there and both times she failed to do what I requested. The last time, I came in to fill out a form to change my auto-payment from one account to another. She kept making errors on the form that I was pointing out to her (like 5-7 times), that's where I got suspicious about her being able to submit a form properly. Two month later now, the form (2 forms for 2 accounts) has never been submitted and there is no record on Vectra that I made that request. I did took a picture of both forms for my record, and I am glad that I did. My point is that I would think twice if I would allow this kind of person to deal with any of my financial stuff. I wasn't financially affected because of her gross NEGLIGENCE, but YOU might be. I would never go to this branch again and work with that lady.UPDATE: A manager reached out to me and took care of my original request. If you decide to go to this branch, watch out for the rep I mentioned earlier.

I work with a insurance company. My customer had refinanced his home loan with a Vectra Bank. This specific branch is the most UNORGANIZED branch I have ever worked with in 6 years of experience. It is now January 7th and I have been personally trying to obtain the annual premium for his homeowners via escrow account. He works with Laura directly and she assured me she would get the payment taken care of for his first lien.. I have been trying to reach her since December 4th. Today I found out she left until January 16th. This customers account will cancel in just a week without payment and not a single person is showing urgency. I finally was able to get a loan department number which sends me to an insurance department which keeps disconnecting the call before someone picks up. Here I am 2 hours in and still no information on how to get his premium taken care of.

9 people in line. 1 person at the front. 1 in the back dealing with drive thru. One guy standing talking to people he knows. Looks more like a loan officer then teller. Terrible... Been half an hour already and I'm half way thru the line.

They had a really hard time helping me with my somewhat unique yet ultimately very basic problem of depositing a check through an affiliate bank. The manager went out of her way to be very helpful, but hopefully they can get the process a little more streamlined in the future.
