Had a great experience with Stefan recently. We went in to add a phone line and unexpectedly—and happily—walked out with a new iPhone, gratis with a three-year commitment. He was super knowledgeable and personable, and gave us really good insight into Verizon’s promotions.

My review seems to align with several other experiences of Verizon Customers who have stopped into this location. I stopped in this morning as I was provided a shipping label on behalf of Verizon Customer Service to ship my trade in back - I was told on behalf of customer service that if I stop into any corporate Verizon (which this is) they would give me a trade in kit (a shipping box and protector box piece to hold the phone in) the gentleman who waited on me (short man with dark hair, first name started with an S.) told me they do not provide those and they can accept the trade in but they do not provide trade in kit boxes, as if he has never heard of this process. I asked to please speak to a manager because at this point I am at a loss. He went to the back and told me the manager can see me in an hour, maybe 2 hours.....(lol....)
I went to the Verizon store on Colorado Blvd and was in and out within 3 minutes with my trade in kit box and Iphone protector. They said this is very much materials they have and are able to give customers who are wishing to process these shipments themselves.
For Cherry Creek, this store is giving lazy and unbothered employees who are not in the best interest of assisting customers.
Not worth stopping into this store if you're wishing for a productive and positive experience.

visited the stores several times seeking assistance with an issue, but unfortunately, I was directed to call 611 instead of receiving help in the store. I'm disappointed that the focus seemed to be on selling phones rather than providing customer service don't go this store

So I won’t get into the entire saga of events of this last week, but to sum it up: I had an insanely unheard of error on my account which caused it to be suspended for about 4 days. In that time, I spent a little over 10 hours in the store alongside some representatives that showed me the most exemplary form of customer service and care I’ve ever experienced. I would like to shine a light on two super star Verizon employees that went above and beyond for me: Juan Pablo & Matthew. While it was a gruesomely long and confusing process, these two gentleman showed such a tremendous amount of kindness and dedication to me as a customer. They went to wireless war for me and I can’t emphasize enough the gratitude I have for these lovely souls who helped me out. Juan Pablo & Matthew, y’all rock thank you so much for your help!!

Verizon Cherry Creek staff told me that Verizon can't issue me a temporary phone number while I wait 48 hours for my phone number to transfer from Comcast. So, even though I'm currently paying for Verizon service, I have no cell phone service whatsoever. After they initially promised me I would have service via a temporary number, and after 2 trips to the Verizon store, and about 3 hours total spent in the store, they told me they can't do it after all because "it would look like we're creating an account just for the sake of creating an account, which makes the store look bad." So I guess I don't get to have the service I'm paying for because it would make the store look bad somehow. Very frustrating and makes no sense.

Went there last night (10/25) and my friend's screen broke and she is town from the weekend. The person who "helped" us (overweight white guy with short brown hair) was EXTREMELY condescending.
He told us that she can get a boarding pass without her phone and she won't be the only person who's gone to the airport without a phone. She's 35 years old with two kids and we explained that she knows how to get a boarding pass (again, she's a grown adult) and she has children.
He was the absolute worst and should be fired immediately. We should have asked for a manager but we were so angry we just left as quickly as possible because we didn't want to be rude.
Edit: How can I contact a higher up for this store? This guy needs to be fired. Other reviews are more of the same.

Rude, impersonal, and dismissive. Will never go back. Thankfully I'm no longer with Verizon.

Very rude customer service. The service associate/maybe manager was rude and condescending. We felt like he wanted us out as quickly as he could. He seemed annoyed when we would ask questions. There is a lot more, but I will leave it at that. We decided to walk across the street and go with Xfinity instead. Xfinity is 1/2 the price, uses the Verizon network, gave us free iPhone 16 pros and the sales associate was a lot nicer.

Wife and I were TMobile subscribers, went into this location to potentially upgrade our phones by switching carriers. Verizon plan was more expensive but the sales person asked us “do you watch Netflix, Max, Paramount, Hulu”, I responded “yes” he said “well if you get two lines for this particular cellular plan those subscriptions are free”, I was surprised, did the math and it was about even a month if we could cancel those paid subscriptions however I was a little suspicious. I asked “those four subscriptions are included in perpetuity?” answer was an emphatic “yes”. I asked it a different way just to make sure “all four are not trials but included in our monthly premium?”. Again answered emphatically “yes”. We switched. Not included, short trial, couple months. Stuck now paying significantly more each month and locked in for three years. I feel swindled.
Seen a lot of other negative reviews for this location. Leadership starts from the top down. I think a change in management is needed.

Unbelievably accommodating and friendly staff. Made a boring trip into something fun. You all are incredible!

I hate the mall - I hate that I have to pay to park to then go inside and pay some more. I hate how the place wreaks of perfume. And I hate the kind of customer who likes to spend time in the mall. So take this with a grain of salt.
This Verizon store is located directly in front of the kids’ play area. It was being remodeled and there were sheets hung up everywhere. I walked in and one associate was helping a couple. There were two other gentlemen sitting at another table but I couldn’t tell if they were employees or patrons - they were dressed casually. They were both hunched over browsing their phones. One guy sees me out of the corner of his eye and without picking up his head taps the other one as if to say “your turn.”
All of these factors combined were enough for me to see myself out. The smell of mall perfume, screaming kids, sheets on the walls, and the “I can’t be bothered” body language from these guys made me question “why would I want to spend my afternoon sitting here supporting this?”
I went down the road to the store on Colorado and Cherry Creek Dr and had an A+ experience instead.

Homer was terrific. Made the whole process of upgrading so much easier and really went out of his way to help.

Still at the mall but had to stop to write Homer a review. As someone who works in sales, I fully understand the want to get one. But, for someone to knowledgeably do a full overview of all scenarios and simply advise what’s best for me as a customer was absolutely amazing. In the end, I didn’t go with what I drove here and allotted time to do because the service was so excellent that it led me a different direction. Debating about walking back in there and giving him a $20 tip. Thanks Homer!
