Last Saturday I lost my phone so went to this site to see if they could help. I could see all the staff were serving others so I waited at the front door. And waited. And waited. No one ever even acknowledged I was there, much less let me know they would get to me eventually. I left and went to Riverpoint site and they were excellent.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Terrell was awful to me and I left the store crying. Will not be going back there.

Due to the fact that I’m un text savvy, I spent a lot of time in the store, getting the best phone and plan for my needs. what I saw when I was in the store was a crew of employees who seem to love what they do and that was loving to help people. Each and everyone of them is fantastic. One in particular it out for me because she was the person who helped me and her name is Alice. i’ve been in many many many stores over the many years that I’ve been alive and bought many things but I’ve never experienced anything like working with the sales person like Alice. She was patient. She was kind she was caring. She was professional and she was full of joy. she went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best thing for me. Verizon was not for my first cell phone company but at no other place had my needs been met like they were at Verizon thanks to the crew at the store and Alice in particular. you wanna know you got the best phone for you? Do you wanna know you got the best plan for you? Do you want to feel like your needs were hurting you were taking care of as opposed to just being sold something? Do you want to feel like, they’ll always take care of you as opposed to just taking care of you to the point of you walk out the store? well, I would definitely suggest to go to the store.

Had an appointment, guy basically seemed bothered that I interrupted his web surfing and that I wanted to go thru various plans/pricing. Manager had to correct him on what I can trade in with what plan which just made him more unpleasant. It was obvious his goal was to sell nothing. I just ended up going to the apple store and easily transfer/activate everything to a new phone via my online account, as well as not locking into a 3 year contract at much less expense.

Absolute terrible customer service. I get a headache coming here. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. The girl tried skipping me when I was next in line. No wonder their rating is so low...I see why now.

Rep, without my authorization, crammed insurance on my line. I caught it before I walked out of the store (as I received a text notification) and confronted her about it. She apologized & went to the back. I watched as a manager coached her on what to say—both awkwardly looking at me around the corner. She pretended to be working on the iPad to remove it & apologized, again. Lo and behold, a month later I get charged for it. So the manager just told her to pretend to remove the insurance. Watch out for these winners. FCC complaint filed along with one to Verizon. Shouldn’t have to waste time with nonsense like this. Looking for new carrier.

Avoid this store. The staff is rude, and seemed more interested in chatting (and flirting) with each other than in helping me. They also gave me misinformation, and when I had to come back a second time as a result, the manager was shockingly rude to me - despite the fact that it was their mistake and their misinformation. Go elsewhere. I try never to leave bad reviews, but these people earned it.

While waiting to have work done on my car at a nearby shop, I stopped in to investigate upgrading from my iPhone 11. I was greeted immediately and directed to table. That is where the "hard sell" started. I can understand this as the associates are probably paid on commission. What I cannot understand is the lack of interpersonal communication. I asked questions about why I needed certain "add-ons" and received little to no explanation. The entire process felt like I was doing them a favor. They did not have the black model in stock so I was told to "pick from what we have in-stock". I asked about transferring data from the old phone to the new one and was told they now charge a $30 fee. When I pushed back, the associate gruffly stated "If you don't like it, search it up on YouTube to figure it out for yourself". I ultimately walked out after 10 minutes of "discussions". Will go find another location (or retail chain like Best Buy) to do my purchase.

Ramon is a dynamo! He is extremely patient and problem solver could not have accomplished what he did in 2 hrs! A great representative for Verizon and should be commended as such !
