Very happy with my experience here, they let me bring my dog in at 3am who passed away. Idk the ladies name but she was very helpful in accommodating us in a private room & so nice to us. They also sent me a sweet card.

Had to bring our dog in be euthanized. After a few vitals and a talk with the vet, we made the decision to end his misery. The charges were higher than i thought they would be and i feel the billing discussion could have been handled differently, however Dr. Israel and i had a phone conversation a few days later and he took the time to hear about my experience and address my concerns. I appreciate the compassion and integrity.

While you never hope to be in an emergency situation with your pet, the reality is it happens. We’d 10/10 recommend VEG. We were seen quickly, the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable, and our pup was treated with care. Thanks, VEG! We appreciate you all!

Everyone was amazing and handled our dog with great care after an unfortunate and scary accident. We loved being able to be with him every step of the way and saw how much all the staff truly care for their work, patients and their families.

I can’t say enough about the team at VEG. The docs and nurses were so professional yet warm and caring. Our 12 yo Pharaoh Hound/Greyhound was very sick with stomach issues. He stayed over night and was well enough to come home the next day with very clear instructions for us to continue his care.

I'm speechless when it comes to describing how fantastic the team here is and how much they've done to make me and my dog feel at ease, (especially considering my dog had an emergency and wasn't feeling well when we arrived). Apart from knowledge, experience and the incredible effort they put into making both client and pet feel better, it was clear that they genuinely care about the animals they look after and understand how stressed the client is. They did everything they could to ensure we both felt taken care of and they solved the problem with confidence. It was truly amazing to watch them all function as a harmonious team, cheerful and positive. If you ever find yourself in an emergency situation with your dog, I highly recommend them. THANK YOU! ❤️

My Furry girl had two seizures in one night...went to VEG..on E.Colfax..at about 3:45 am..by the time I left...my Furry girl was back to being her old self....Thank you all for caring...

Dr. Suhr, nurses Amanda and Becca, the night team, and all the staff were so, so great. They took care of my cat Sox as if he was their own after a scary, potentially life-threatening episode. They may have saved his life and were compassionate, communicative, and caring the entire time.They exuded competence, confidence, and knowledge and worked with me on every aspect of Sox’s stay. They did everything they could to keep him calm during what must have been a terrifying few days for him.I can’t thank all the staff — from medical to administrative — enough for making this as easy as possible. And I can’t recommend VEG in general, but this location in particular more strongly.

This is how veterinary all ERs should work! I recently took my 16 year old cat in due to respiratory distress. They took us back immediately to begin diagnosis and treatment, and I was able to be with her the entire time - even when she was hospitalized on O2 for two days. The vets and techs were highly competent, patient, communicative and kind. Because of them, I’m sitting at home today with my sweet girl on my lap.

We brought our cat in at 530 am and the team was prompt to ascertain what was wrong with her, got her on pain meds and was thorough in their exam. They ruled out anything serious and gave us recommendations on further treatement. They have been great when I called back with additional requests and I am so relieved that they are close and available if there’s another emergency.
