To the Management Team,
I am writing this review to provide feedback on our recent experience reserving and using your venue for our wedding.
While the venue itself is truly unique and beautiful, and the day-of coordinator and service staff were excellent, our overall rating is negatively impacted by the inconsistent communication and administrative issues we faced prior to the event.
Specifically, we encountered significant difficulties with our initial contact, Dawn, regarding pricing and information. We often experienced confusion with other clients, had to follow up multiple times for requested documents, and found the communication to be lacking overall.
These issues continued even after Dawn’s departure, as we experienced further delays and difficulties securing our final bill and refund through her successive replacements.
Ultimately, the venue and the staff on our wedding day were fantastic, and we highly recommend the location. However, future clients should be prepared for potential challenges during the initial setup and booking process due to the current lack of streamlined response and effort from the administrative team.

I rarely write reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to share our experience with Villa Parker so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, from start to finish, our experience was a nightmare. It was extremely disappointing and stressful.
Communication was poor from the very beginning but Dawn was kind and professional. Over the course of planning our wedding, we were assigned five different day-of coordinators due to constant staff changes. Then, just three weeks before our wedding, we received an email stating that the venue had changed ownership yet again. We were introduced to Keisha, the new manager and point of contact, who assured us that things would be handled differently and that we’d be well taken care of. Sadly, that couldn’t have been further from the truth.
Only two weeks before our wedding, we were told that they couldn’t locate our signed contract. When we checked the digital link where our contract had been stored, it showed that it had been deleted. We were then asked to sign a new contract — but this new version included multiple price increases, including higher rental fees. Despite having several emails proving we had in fact signed an agreement, the venue insisted we sign a new contract.
Even during that renegotiation process, Keisha repeatedly forgot to include key details we had already agreed upon. If it hadn’t been for our day-of coordinator carefully reviewing the revised contract, several important elements would have been missed entirely. That kind of carelessness just added to the stress and uncertainty we were already facing.
When my husband (then fiancé) spoke with Keisha by phone to calmly address these issues, she raised her voice and continuously spoke over him like a child— behavior that was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially just two weeks before our wedding. She was so rude and disorganized. I truly have never seen such a lack of professionalism from a venue. The entire ordeal caused tremendous stress in what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives.
To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us an additional $800 — $400 per hour — simply to arrive early enough to get ready at the venue, when we had origionally been told by Dawn that we had the day. We certaining didn't anticipate having to pay $400 an hour just to get ready. As a result, we were rushed on the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup team struggled to finish in time, and my husband ended up helping set up just hours before guests arrived — something no couple should have to experience on their wedding day.
To be fair, our day-of coordinator, Brooke from Grace & Co., was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and was the only reason things came together at all. However, she does not work for Villa Parker — she was contracted separately, and her professionalism stood in stark contrast to the venue’s management.
As a Colorado native, I had always dreamed of having my wedding at Villa Parker. It was once owned by a couple who truly cared about making each event magical, but sadly, under the new ownership, that warmth, integrity, and attention to detail are completely gone. Even after our wedding, when we returned to pick up our items, the project manager Anne saw us and didn’t even acknowledge us — not a word, not a smile, nothing.
It breaks my heart to say this, but I would strongly discourage anyone from booking Villa Parker under its current ownership. The venue itself may be beautiful, but the management and treatment of clients are deeply disappointing. I hope in time they rediscover the excellence and care that once made this venue so special.

Was there in early August, I think it’s a converted 1970s house…. That has never been upgraded to have central air. Even though this place is booked consistently, the owners won’t invest the money. To cool you off they have 2 large noisy portable swamp coolers , you’re lucky if they fill them with water. So prepare to be miserable and swear a lot! … if your booking probably late june through end of august. Or book somewhere else a little more updated.

As a florist I love Villa Parker! A wonderful staff and a gorgeous Tuscan feel. This venue has old world European charm and a beautiful courtyard for ceremonies with a fountain I just love to decorate! I highly recommend them! Four Seasons Custom Florals

I can't say enough wonderful things about Villa Parker! As a wedding photographer, it has been one of my dream & favorite venues for a few years now. I recently captured a gorgeous wedding here and I fell even more in love with Villa Parker. Everywhere you turn is simply stunning and makes for truly effortlessly beautiful photos. Plus, the entire wedding day was so smooth and everything was set up so early! Dawn is also so friendly and responsive and I loved everything about being a vendor here. I highly recommend Villa Parker for anyone searching for their perfect wedding venue!

We had the wedding of our dreams at Villa Parker!! Absolutely beautiful setting. Our bartenders were great and Heather with grace and co was super helpful. There were a few miscommunications with pricing on a few things but all issues were fixed quickly and Dawn was always accommodating

We toured villa parker recently and absolutely loved it! Dawn was great and it felt like they gave their full attention to answering any questions we had. Although we are going with a different venue in our hometown, I definitely recommend this place for a wedding as it is gorgeous and they seem to make things very easy!

I always LOVE photographing weddings at Villa Parker! It is such a unique vibe for a wedding venue in Colorado and always gives Italy. The photos I've taken here are some of my favorites... so many little spots for photos and the lighting is always really amazing with there being so many shaded areas and so much tree coverage. The courtyard is such a pretty ceremony spot and can really be made to look so magical with even a small amount of florals. I love the deck for dinner-party-vibes! I would absolutely love to photograph more weddings here and definitely recommend this venue to engaged couples looking to get married in Colorado! - Brenna Skattebo Photo 📸

This is such a Beautiful space. Attended a breakfast with Santa and it was like stepping out of the everyday into a comfortable hug.
