We had the best customer service experience at Vineyard Vines today! Mary was a delight but also incredibly knowledgeable about the right sizing for my 13 year old son needing a sport jacket, shirt and tie. Thank you for welcoming us in!

They showed that they cared, offering different things they thought we would like, and really going the extra mile for us. For both my Brother and Me, Vineyard Vines is now our favorite store to shop at, even more so than before.

Great clothes but lousy customer service out of their main office. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone! You will get a folksy message saying “everyone must be calling at once” and then nothing. Have waited on hold more than an hour before giving up. Lack of respect for the customers time lost them a good customer.

I accidentally spilled super glue on their amazing spandex pants and went into the store for some advice on how to get it out. Mary, the assistant store manager went above and beyond and just exchanged them. She is so impressive and has always gone above and beyond. The cloths are the highest quality and their customer service it out of this world! Thanks Mary! Keep up the awesome work!
