My glasses have been sitting in the drawer ready, yet no one called, emailed or reached out to me to let me know. I finally called and was told that it’s my fault because I declined to receive text messages. Very poor communication.

weird, weird experience here.
- first doctor gave me the completely wrong prescription, contacts that I absolutely could not see with (trial pair was only a little off so I figured that the actual set would be correct)
- only replaced two out of the four boxes because I opened the other set that was completely incorrect believing that they would be right.
- when I went in on 10/7/24 to ask about a solution for getting a new 6-month supply, the staff was so quiet and hostile that it felt wrong to be in there and ask for help. It was like they were mentally preparing to ask me to leave the whole time.
- said their GM would contact me to come to a solution which did not happen.
Incredibly disappointed that this is the chain that my insurance covers and would drive hours to another city to visit another location over this one.

So happy this location opened! Team is so nice and didn’t not make me feel rushed even though I was probably the last eye exam. They explained all my benefits and how to maximize them! This is for sure my permanent location for all my vision needs!

Ordered glasses at the store. They were basic single vision with a low prescription. I was told a week later that they don't carry the frames I ordered at the store and that they can't order the frames, which seems odd since an associate ordered them for me in store. Now my benefits are locked for 30 days until a refund hits my insurance. Terrible. Avoid this place, go to Costco or really anywhere else, vision works only uses cheap VSP branded lenses and lens products. Costco has cheaper and better lenses and better frames that actually arrive.

Eye exam was excellent. The aggressive attempts to up-charge on the frames and lens options were ridiculous. I eventually had to tell the salesman that “when I say I decline an option, I mean it”.
Additionally, I was lied to by salesman who told me that the eye doctor recommended a lot of these upgrades.. to clarify in my apmt, the eye doctor confirmed with me that I needed none of these upgrades as I had a very small/basic prescription.

I had a good experience here, glasses were nice, good selection of frames, and very reasonably priced. Service was good, but I wish they could turn around the glasses same-day.
