Subject: Utterly Disappointing Experience with VisionWorks - Beware of Potential Fraud I am compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience with VisionWorks, a purported provider of eyecare services. My recent encounters with this establishment have been nothing short of a customer service nightmare, and I feel obligated to caution others about the questionable practices that seem to plague this organization. First and foremost, VisionWorks has demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and basic courtesy when it comes to customer communication. Appointments are seemingly mere suggestions to them, as the promised follow-ups about appointment confirmations and material arrivals have been consistently absent. I find it utterly perplexing that in this age of advanced technology, I am forced to repeatedly call them for updates and information that should be proactively provided. My specific grievance revolves around an order for contact lenses that, despite numerous assurances and promises from VisionWorks, have yet to materialize. This has not only caused a significant inconvenience but has also raised serious concerns about the competence and integrity of this establishment. My attempts to obtain information have been met with an astonishing level of unprofessionalism. During a recent call, the individual who answered not only displayed a dismissive attitude but also exhibited a glaring lack of linguistic proficiency. Pronouncing "Moment" as "Monument" not only reflects poorly on his linguistic abilities but also raises doubts about his overall competence in handling a job that necessitates precision and attention to detail. Adding insult to injury, my request for the tracking number was met with outright refusal, further deepening my suspicions that VisionWorks may not have even placed the order for my contacts. This level of opacity is not only infuriating but also fosters a sense of distrust that should never be associated with an establishment entrusted with something as critical as eyecare. At this juncture, I am left without the contact lenses I urgently require, the contact lens benefit through my insurance, out of pocket by $168, and grappling with the distressing possibility of potential fraud. To rectify this egregious situation, I am taking immediate action by reporting these concerns to my insurance company as a potential case of fraud. Simultaneously, I am seeking a refund from VisionWorks, and in the unfortunate event of a refusal, I am prepared to escalate the matter by filing a dispute with my bank. In conclusion, my experience with VisionWorks has been a disheartening and costly affair, prompting me to alert fellow consumers to exercise extreme caution when considering their services. It is my hope that others can avoid the frustration, financial loss, and potential fraud that I have encountered at the hands of VisionWorks.

Won’t be returning to this location. I had a 4:45pm weekday appointment. I ended up late because a light was out on Colorado Blvd during rush hour traffic. I arrived at 4:52. I was told that there was somebody after me who was already there, and that it was “already ten minutes into my appointment”. And since they cancel the appointment once it reaches ten minutes, the only option was to reschedule. I was not ten minutes late. I was seven minutes late. And considering that I sat FOREVER in horrible traffic to get there, with an unavoidable traffic jam due to a broken traffic light, it would have been nice to be accommodated. I’ll stick to the other location in Quebec Square that I’ve always gone to. This location absolutely sucks. And this is what you get with these kinds of places. No personal relationship. They want you in and out on a conveyer belt.

Dr Trey Zinser at Colo Blvd , Denver Co location was very good and caring.Only had one other problem and I talked to manager of store who expediently took care of it. Easy access to handicap parking. But only for businesses at far west side of lot.

has no sense of respect for your time. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I arrived 5 minutes early for check in. it's 10:55am and they are still having me wait. there are no apologies made and the tone of the receptionist was awfully condescending ("well we did tell you to budget an hour"). I did and you've wasted half of my hour. unless you like being disrespected, make an appointment elsewhere.

This is a great new store for the neighborhood. Neil is the man! He has helped me out so many times. Plus they have so many styles of glasses to try on and an optometrist for when you need your prescription updated.

From coming in to book the appointment to the actual appointment everyone, from Tori to the doctor was on their best game. It’s actually very refreshing to work with professionals that add a dash of their personality along with great customer care. Although I was leery of any price increases, it didn’t matter. The service and the atmosphere was well worth the price!

The Doctor and the lady who did my exam were really nice and informative. The receptionist at check out when I was trying to quote my glasses was really rude. I asked for her to explain in detail what the insurance was covering and she was really rude and inpatient about it. I will go buy my frames elsewhere.

I recieved my glasses a week later than the original "promise date" because the lenses didn't pass the quality control check initially. I needed my glasses ASAP as I am having lazy eye surgery soon and my eyes will change position as they adjust to the new glasses. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the girl working at the store tonight when I picked up my glasses. She screamed at me and refused to adjust my frames.

If I can give you zero stars, I would. I got no phone call when my son’s contacts or glasses came in I consistently had to call and then my son had to wait an additional nine days to get into a contact class! Complete joke. I will never come back!
