i’ve never in my life had such a consistently bad pharmacy experience. The people are nice that’s it. idk if it’s a problem of incompetence or they have a horrendous pharmacy system. i’ve been there eight times in two weeks to pick up 1 medication and it’s been a joke of a circus and me jumping through hoops to get a medication I’ve been on for over three years. if you take any controlled substances definitely find a different pharmacy. I was supposed to be able to pick up my medication over a week ago. i’ve gone 5 times to try to pick it up and it’s been different excuses every time. “we don’t have that script call your doctor” WHAT? yes you do it was sent through 3 days ago. “sorry we’re completely out of that medicine we get a shipment tomorrow, but you can’t pick it up in the morning it won’t be ready” (so now two more days unmedicated) and finally I go today thinking it HAS to be ready, I go on my lunch break and it’s NOT EVEN FILLED!! They need 30 mins to fill, I have to go back to work. now another day unmedicated. i’m frustrated to tears and will be immediately switching pharmacies, i’ve literally NEVER had so many issues picking up a script in my entire life. they cannot handle the amount of people they have to serve and it’s extremely evident.

I just stopped by this Walgreens as it is right next to the place I work night shift at. I bought two of the Starbucks Frappuccino‘s when I got to my place of work. I noticed neither have plastic wraps around the lid and container to ensure there has been no tampering. I googled the product to see if it is still supposed to have that plastic to ensure no tampering and it indeed is still supposed to have that plastic wrapped around both the lid and bottle. I have noticed this more than once at gas stations. I guess I wasn’t being too observant. Apparently I got there as they were closing. Just tried to call and there is no way to leave a message. I will go back there tomorrow morning as I get off my shift and see if I can get a refund, as I’m sure the rest of the Starbucks products still there don’t have plastic wraps on them as well

This is a terrible place to get vaccinated. I took the family to get the flu vaccine as walk-ins. It was a Sunday and there were almost no other customers. At no point could they tell me the cost without insurance. Also, we had to sign up several times on the website, repeating the process three times for one family member. They seemed confused by their own computer system. We left after waiting 50 minutes. None of us received the vaccine. It seemed to be a combination of bad systems, poorly trained workers and generally low regard for customers.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Constantly doesn’t have things, everything is locked up, pharmacy wait can be up to 30 minutes and staff has no urgency

Currently sitting on hold for the pharmacy, as I have been doing for the last hour. Walgreens needs to hire more pharmacists and techs to have any hope at providing customer service, let alone GOOD customer service. It's impossible to call with a question or concern, no one has time to pickup, but if you go in person you're more often than not stuck in a long line - and god forbid you have an issue, as that could take hours or even days to sort out. Shame on this corporation for exploiting employees and customers alike.

These are the rudest, most incompetent people i have ever interacted with in a business setting. This place needs to either shut down or change brands.

Pharmacy is completely incompetent and inefficient. I will be moving my prescriptions. Two days to complete a refill prescription is unacceptable.

Tried to pick up Rx yesterday afternoon, was submitted by doc at 10 am. Told not ready, but will be in about hour and half. Came back the next afternoon (24 hrs later), still not ready and told will take about 10 minutes and took 20. There were 4 or 5 people in the pharmacy yesterday and at least 5 today. Not great service.

They switched out my meds for a generic I’m allergic to, without telling me. Got it home and discovered the switch. Went back in — the pharmacist thought it was a totally different med, not even a generic — but seemed to think that wasn’t a problem??
I was like no, I’m pretty sure this is a generic — if it is a different med, why did you just give me a totally different medication with no discussion? She acted like that was a normal thing to do. I was baffled. Is that even legal?
They told me the original brand was in-stock and they could fill it next day. They were wrong again — it’s on back order for three months, which I found out when I came back in next day and got yet another, different generic.
I asked why didn’t they tell me they’d switched it? “We don’t legally have to, if it’s a generic of the same med,” they said.
Unbelievable. First of all, how is “legal bare minimum” any standard for customer service? And secondly, your employee apparently didn’t even think it was a generic, and handed it to me anyway?? I guess they’re just not training people at all?
It’s a damn shame because this pharmacy used to be great. Guess all the good pharmacists moved on. Good for them, I hope they got better jobs.
