I've picked up prescriptions at a lot of different Walgreens pharmacies and for the most part they are pretty good, but his location I will not be coming back to you after I get my prescriptions today. When I called to ask a few questions to ensure I didn't have to wait or hold up a line when I get there this evening, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. So rude I was having problems finding words over the phone. One of my prescriptions typically doesn't get run through my normal insurance plan, it goes through a different insurance plan. When asking the gentleman if they ran it through insurance, He snapped, just about cut me off, and says "yes but if you want it run through a different plan I won't do that for you because you called 1 minute before lunch." I sat there silent for a second a stumbled over my words as I said "I'm sorry I don't know when you guys take lunch", and then tried to ask two more really quick questions about what scripts were there (again so I could make my trip there quick and not hold up the rest of the line when I go), and he barely answered my questions before rushing me off the phone. I don't think I've ever felt like I've so greatly inconvenienced someone when calling a company before. If he would have said to me "Listen, we go on lunch in 1 minute, I would love to help you out and ensure you get the best service, do mind calling back at X time?" I would have happily said "Of course! Have a great lunch." As someone who works in customer service, you just don't treat people like that. If I could give negative stars I would.

Shockingly long wait. Got a call saying my prescription was ready. Arrived. Waited in line. It wasn’t ready. Told to come back in 20 min. Waited in 30 min line. Overall time to pickup a prescription 1.5 hours.

Yeah don't come here. Prescription drugs are 2-3x more expensive. Hope they go out of business for ripping sick people off.

Hard to believe I stayed on hold with the pharmacy for two full hours - and not over the lunch break, mind you. My call was picked up and immediately hung up on.Great job Walgreens! Congrats on showing yourselves as the standard bearer for Customer Service!Taking my business elsewhere (obviously).

Regardless of how busy and understaffed they are, they do their best and the guy managing this team is extraordinarily patient. They're doing a great job here. Thank you

Received help from a store manager Kat/Cat for a receipt that I needed printed from about two months ago. I'm out of the country and she helped me find the receipt and sent it to me. Above and beyond what I needed. So grateful for her help. Thank you!!

Before using the Walgreens pharmacy, I was using King Soopers. And King Soopers never ever failed me. They never not listened to me when I had to say something they never argued with me they were fantastic The only reason why I went to Walgreens pharmacy is because one of my medications that I was getting at King Soopers they're on their waiting for a shipment of the medication and it's like on back lock or something whatever it's called I don't know. Anyways, Walgreens had it in, so I talked to Walgreens to see if I could switch my medications to be sent over there and they helped me move them over and it was great the very first time you used it was great. But every single time after that has been hard, difficult, they don't listen to me when I tell them something all that they do is have something in their head and they're just saying no you're wrong it's like this No you're wrong it's this No you're wrong it's this when in reality I just got a call back from them apologizing to me telling me I'm sorry you were right we did our math wrong. It's nothing but a hassle here. The store is nice it's beautiful store, I have a fantastic makeup section, I have nice deals once in a while, but the pharmacy and their lack of listening is atrocious. And it's not the whole pharmacy I have dealt with a couple of people who have been understanding and who have worked with me because over the phone it's not easy to communicate and like it's just easier to do it in person but a couple of them have worked with me and they've been fantastic. The rest need to go to classes on customer service, on listening, on problem solving without assuming that everybody calling there is just trying to get drugs. If you have the option to go to King Soopers pharmacy I highly suggest going to them because they are wonderful, or really any other pharmacy I I would only go here if I had no other choice now. I'm getting on my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy so I just don't have to deal with it anymore.

Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to!! They are so incompetent that they can't even get 14 amoxicillin tablets right? Saying they are having an insurance issue?! I don't plan on using my insurance, it's only a $20.00 rx!! Now I'm not able to pick up until after work tomorrow!! Worst place ever

The first time I called to make sure they had my med in stock since there's a HORRIBLE shortage. I'm told, it's too soon to fill (had to call back because I KNEW it wasn't too soon but no idea why they thought I'd JUST picked it up!) Turns out they were looking at 2022?, seriously? Ok, whatever, I get my med. THEN this last time they wouldn't fill it 2 days early even though that was the only time it could be filled without being late. I've been on this med 17+ years & cannot be missing a dose, yet that's exactly what happened. Now, they're suddenly closing WAY early w/out any heads up! If ANY other pharmacy had my med w/in a 30-40 minute drive I'd be using them. The negative & low star reviews are definitely representative of this pharmacy sadly

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy in Denver. They sometimes open sometimes not. The wait times are intolerable. The employees are rude. Why pay for abuse? They certainly don't deserve anyone's business. I will never use this store again.

Absolutely despicable employment in the pharmacy. Let alone the fact they are understaffed? How do you not schedule a PM pharmacist when your pharmacy hours are specifically posted ""9am-9pm". Change the labeling or close the fucking store. I called 4 times earlier today only to be told my prescription wasn't ready. Once I'd finally got in touch with a HUMAN, I was told I had 13 minutes to be there(this was at 2:40pm) or they were closing due to absolute idiocy in the staffing department, I will never bring my business to this establishment let alone the company. Purely pathetic.

DO NOT GET PHOTOS PRINTED HERE!After being out of paper and taking an extended time, they finally printed my order and sent me confirmation. But when I went to pick it up, they LOST the order. The manager is so inept, apathetic, uneducated, and rude. She could not figure out how to reprint the order. So after spending countless hours on this, I am still empty handed.

This is the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They have no urgency or care. This is no respectful way to speak of the employees here and their lack of efficiencies. Completely undertrained and lack common sense. Sadly, there is no option for 0 stars.
