Literally no one is ever working when they are “open”. Sat there waiting to pick up a very important prescription for over 20 mins and no one ever came but I saw the pharmacist walk by. Still haven’t been able to get my prescription…
Not to mention this Walgreens is disgusting and crawling with people on drugs yelling at you. Can’t use the drive through and too scary to go inside.

Can never ever get through over the phone. No matter what time I call or even if I speak to management who day they will get someone for me. No one ever picks up the pharmacy phone. They used to be connected to a call center but then the call center discontinued with them so now I can't even get the call center to help me anymore. I have shown up there a few times now while still being in hold, even while someone seems to pick up the phone and again put me on hold without speaking. While I'm in the line waiting and still on hold no one in the pharmacy is on the phone nor are there any phones ringing.
Today I called in at 9:05 a.m. when they opened at 9. Have not got to the pharmacy once but have been transferred back to the cashier twice and the manager 3 times. I'm currently at 37 minutes and I'm sure once of the first calls into the building.
Something needs to be done about this place it's not okay.

Pharmacy is super unfortunate. Always understaffed and out of stock of important medications. Wait times are horrendous and the vibes are just overall really uncomfortable.

Would give this zero stars if possible. Always a 45 minute minimum wait in line. Drive thru never open. They don’t answer the phone. Order prescriptions to be dropped off and it never came

ALWAYS CLOSED SUNDAYS WHEN NEEDED MOST NEW HOURS ARE HORRIBLE WHEN BARELY OPEN HALF THE TIME ANYWAYS!!!!! Plus they will make u wait in line for a hour and close on you and make you wait for nothing!!! They will lose your meds cuss you out and they are by far they WORST Walgreens to GO TO I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL UNLESS U WANT PROBLEMS

People are great, corporate is terrible. Can never get ahold of anyone when calling, drive thru is never available (sucks that i'm on crutches :/), and pharmacy is closed at random times. This location is very understaffed and overwhelmed, I feel sorry for them!

Be careful if you use this pharmacy. If you have controlled substance prescriptions, I’d go somewhere else. Ive lost track of how many times I’ve had an Rx here, they tell me it’s ready, then I try to pick it up the following day, and they’re closed! I then have to get my Dr to call in another Rx.Worst part is no one has any clue if and when it will open again! Not the store manager, not even corporate, as I have called them too!I cannot understand why they won’t just close this awful store

Walgreens is not bad, people just find things to complain about.Didn't go to pharmacy it was closed people would be more thankful of pharmacies if they try Stout Street Clinic

Walgreens corporate office needs to implement customer service training for ALL staff! It's not any one Walgreens store. It's systemic. Walgreens is a hostile and terrible place to deal with.

Old dude scanned everything, told me a cleaning product was malfunctioning and to grab another one so I did and I paid for everything he didnt give me my receipt then he tried to ACCUSE me of stealing what I paid for AND TRIED TO FORCE ME TO LEAVE IT. Also old guy said they don't do cashapp deposits the next day AT THE SAME TIME they had no problem depositing money into my cashapp. he ignored when I spoke and only listened when my fiance spoke I won't return until they FIRE THAT OLD MAN!!! I've also filed this with the BBB as an official complaint.

Can't get a prescription from here to save my life. They don't answer the phone, pharmacy hours are cut, the drive through is "broken" are just some of the current issues. While they sell prescriptions on the inside, people sell illegal drugs in the parking lot. No security anywhere. This place is a hole. I'm done with Walgreens forever.
