was told they have western Union when I called, used the kiosk and then they revealed that they don't allow anyone to pick up money and only send...there is definitely a lack of communication skills in this store.

DO NOT fill your prescriptions here. They close without warning due to staffing issues. They gave me a 3-day dose of a 14-day antibiotic prescription, promising the rest would be ready on Monday or Tuesday before I ran out. I called Wednesday, they said it would be absolutely ready on Thursday, but then they decided to close the pharmacy all day. It is now Friday and they still don’t have it ready. What a nightmare.

Ordered holiday cards online last night and it said it was ready for pickup in store. It took 3 employees 45 minutes to print 20 holiday cards. They have no idea what they're doing and it was really frustrating

Walgreens here is partnered with FedEx. I was supposed to receive my debit card from my bank last Tuesday but didn't receive it until my bank called them to do a trace. The bank wasn't willing to do a trace until after I messaged them seven times and called FedEx five times. Because of that I couldn't pay my phone or Internet bill with it during a time I was interviewing. Apparently, it had been sitting out in the open unscanned for 5-6 days and only two employees knew it was even there. It was not in a safe of any sort of secure location. Besides their FedEx pickup center, Walgreens is also more expensive than comparable brands for prescription drugs, and I've had bad experiences there too.

These guys have been great! I know that keeping a Pharmacy running, especially during busy hours, can't be easy. I also don't have the most simple schedule of medications and work with several different doctors.But, *these guys* are great to me regardless. They are always willing to take extra time to listen to me, answer questions and explain what is going on their end. This happens consistently.I also changed my legal name while using this pharmacy and they've been super amazing about it, even when not all of the agencies im touch with have updated it yet.The manager checks in with me on a friendly level from time to time and the employees remember my name!Highly recommended! Finding a pharmacy that runs things as smoothly as this one does is not always easy, but these guys certainly accomplish it.**Edit** I want to add that negative reviews I see here do not add up with my experience of this place.

These are the most irresponsible and negligent pharmacists that have ever come across in my life. For the past 7 months I've had several prescriptions with them and each month there was a problem CAUSED BY THEM. Every time there was a problem they lied about what was going on and ALWAYS blamed someone else. Over the course of 7 months, I was without my medication for over 70 days. This is medication for diabetes so it was critical that I take it every day. Every month they would tell me that they will put measures in place to prevent whatever issue they had caused from happening again. Not once was this true.The first rx that I had with them took them over 30 days to fill. I called both my Dr and insurance company to find out what was happening and both said that they had never been contacted a single time by the pharmacy to fix the problem despite the pharmacy claiming they had spent weeks contacting them. I can 100% confirm through both the electronic system provided by my Dr and the text messages from the pharmacy itself that they were lying. Yes. thats correct, their own system provided confirmation that they were lying to me for weeks. Eventually I had to call my Dr while standing at the pharmacist to confirm in front of everyone that they had been caught lying. So now I had electronic records, text messages AND direct conversations between the pharmacy and my Dr. proving without a doubt that they had been lying to me the ENTIRE TIME.They refused to keep my rx in stock which led to weeks of waiting every single time I needed a refill. Again, they had promised that they would fix it but never did. Eventually they told me to come in a week early to get the process started so I wouldn't miss any days. I did exactly what they had asked but then was told that they couldn't get it started because it was too early to renew.The final straw was in month 7 where they sat on an rx for 3 weeks before they bothered to call the Dr to clarify some ambiguous information on the rx. Again, they told me they had been trying to call the Dr. for weeks. This was once again proven to be a lie by both my electronic records form the Dr. as well text messages sent through their own system.Their lies and behavior put my health at risk and can absolutely be equated to criminal negligence. Despite hearing the pharmacist brag that she was on the job for over 15 years and was great, she never once performed her duties at even the lowest standards of the industry.Despite having issues every single month, when I transferred my prescriptions to a more responsible pharmacy they went out ot their way to tell the new pharmacist that they had no idea why I wanted to transfer.Again, yet another bold faced lie. Walgreens should be ashamed to still have this pharmacist working for them.

Wow Ricardo is so RUDE .. ALL THE EMPLOYEES Here rude why???? The area should not matter Hire people with good customer service.. And want to be nice to others... Not just what do you need?
