Pharmacy is chronicly understaffed, expect a 30 minute wait minimum if they haven't misplaced your Perscriptions and then try to gaslight you that they never received it. Set up an appointment for vaccination, cool, you still have to stand in the huge line to "check in" even if you filled out everything online. Avoid if at all possible.

Don't go here for your vaccines. I waited 45 minutes just to get checked in. Then waited another 45 minutes to get the vaccine. No apologies or explanations for the delay. Not sure what the reason for making an appointment was since it didn't seem to matter to the pharmacist that kept filling prescriptions while the line of people waiting just grew and grew, if it were possible to give zero stars I would have. The prescription pick up line was no better by the way. This pharmacy is either severely understaffed or grossly inefficient either way I won't be returning.

I had an appointment for a flu vaccine. I have been waiting for well over an hour. Very unorganized and no flow. I will not be coming here again for any reason!

This unit is slipping in customer service. Few grumpy people can bring down a whole store. It must be hard to serve sick people everyday. So maybe a few in the morning shift should consider a career change, carls jr is only feet away.

They do not even deserve a one star . Um helpful expect me to do their job . Is this self check out ? Gave them all the information and they still couldn't figure it out ! Even the manager Sonja couldn't get it right. They even had the phone number to call directly. They were to lazy to even call . Waisted my tint and gas money go some where else

If you need your medication, you know, for your health and wellbeing, TAKE IT ELSEWHERE. Or you may end up like me and go without your medications for weeks on end.

So frustrated with this location. Stayed on hold with this location over 45 minutes manyyyyyyy many times. Have never been able to just have a prescription sent here, filled, and dispersed to me in a reasonable amount of time. I have run out of medication two months in a row now (after submitting refills giving them plenty of days or WEEKS to fill it before I need it) because they do not answer the phone or they answer, put you on hold, and hang up. Also, give yourself at least an hour just to come pick up a prescription that is "ready" because you will wait that long in store or in the drive thru. Ridiculous & wish I had another option in the area.

I had a prescription approved by insurance and when I went to pick it up, they said it was missing information and I needed to contact my doctor. I has the doctor resubmit the prescription to find out they have a micro prescription policy so they RETURNED my prescription to their warehouse and not able to fill the prescription until the following week. Couldn't even provide an ETA. What a crappy service they give... moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy... don't get fooled by this unprofessional location!!!

No one works here! This location is always unkept and out of stock. The pharmacy seems to open and close whenever they please and the line is out the door. This has to be the worst Walgreens in America.

When I tried making a few photo books on the app and sent it to my local store to print, I got an email shortly after saying that my order was canceled. I called the location to ask why, the representative said they have not had supplies sent to them in weeks for books. I then had to remake the books on the online site - only to have even more issues. I waited the 4 or 5 days that the system said it would take to deliver the books and logged back into my Walgreens account online. The order was still processing. I called the 800 number and was notified that another store was sent the order and I would need to call that location to see what the hold up was. I called and the representative said he was never trained (after 8 months of working there) on how to make books or send them out - and his manager was out on vacation. I asked if he could reach out for help and he said he would. After call the representative about 4-5 times that day to check and see if he could process it, he was unsuccessful.I then called the 800 number back and was told they reassigned the books to another store that could and would fulfill the order, but it would take some time.Yesterday, after more than 2 weeks, I called to check on the order because it was never received… and explained the prior issues asking for confirmation that whichever store would be working in it would have the supplies and knowledge to complete the order. The representative said that she could not because the system automatically chooses the store, but not to worry - it will be fine and she refunded my original shipping costs.Today I received an email that my order was canceled. Because the order was a replacement- I had to call the 800 number back and ask for a refund for what was never sent to me.Walgreens Photo is unorganized and unprofessional. They should not be attempting to conduct photo printing when they do not have supplies, let alone offering promotions to attract more business.They have wasted hours of my time and I have gained nothing except for frustration and knowledge to never attempt to do business again with Walgreens Photo.

This Walgreens pharmacy is ridiculously slow and it doesn't matter if you have schedule time, they won't honor it. I had my appt at 2:30 and had to wait almost 1 hour to FINALLY get my vaccine . If they are THIS slow, stop taking reservations !! Why make us wait if you are going to ask us to make reservations and not honor it ? This HIGHLY would not recommend this location .

i've been coming to this walgreens for a year now and I can honestly say that this location is in dire need of corporate attention. one staff member is well trained but everyone is working soooo slowly. no organization. the line's literally go around the corner and down the aisle. one car has been sitting in the drive thru window for over 20 minutes. this is the closest walgreens in the area sadly. will definitely be switching to another pharmacy after this. and not to bash the pharmacy the rest of the store is also a disaster. they take so long to check people out and only have one register open at all times of the day. this is the most disorganized walgreens i've ever been to in my life. I just don't get it. if you're in a pinch for time simply go elsewhere. it's for sure worth the drive to get YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ANYWHERE ELSE.
