It is impressive how incapable every single employee is in this company. How anyone can have any other feelings towards their work ethic other than shame & confusion is bewildering. Incompetence in abundance & nothing else.

Don’t usually do reviews but I changed locations to this store based on convenience. My prescription has been delayed which I understand but when I call to discuss a plan to obtain my prescription I get placed on hold. The phone call ends up getting redirected to the main hub and I never hear from the tech that answered. This has happened three times in a row and is frustrating. Please hire more techs.

The wrong hours are listed online & has caused me to show up twice when they were actually closed. I’m going without my asthma and mental health medications as I’m leaving for a 2 week trip out of state and the pharmacist waved through the window for me to leave as he sorted prescriptions.

Took 2 days to get me my medication. Never reached out to tell me about the delay and was rude to me when I I finally got my medication. 0-10 stars. Take my advice and go to king Soopers.

Worst pharmacy ever. Nobody picks up the phone, Dr checks to make sure it’s in stock, you arrive and it’s 4 hours late and out of stock.

I have tried repeatedly to call to fill a prescription, nobody answers. Was on hold for an hour today with no luck. Avoid this pharmacy if possible.

This Walgreens is criminally negligent. Refills go missing, line grows and pharmacists just watch, not properly staffed. If your healthcare depends on a functioning pharmacy, AVOID AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, BECAUSE IT DOES.

Schedule a vivid test online because I’m sick. Effin get here and pharmacy is closed and it’s end of day with no one else having an opening absolute trash!!!!!!

Zero stars. This pharmacy is a DISASTER. Do NOT (attempt) to fill your prescriptions here. I had to wait WEEKS to get my medication filled, and it had nothing to do with the supplies of the medication...just incompetence on their part. There are three very large female pharmacy techs working there who appear to hate their jobs, show zero friendliness and I've noticed at least one with her f*cking AirPod in her ear WHILE WORKING. And I saw her grab her phone to check it when it rang in the middle of "helping" customers when there was a line of ppl waiting. Fire the entire staff. Start over fresh.

Been waiting for more than 12 minutes, finally someone pick up the phone. I gave them the prescriptions names and they just hang up. All of their stores all over the states are suffering from low ratings, question is how they are still in business.

Im typically not one to leave bad reviews but i guess there's a first for everything. I went in today around 9:50pm and was not notified upon entering they were closing at 10. Once I got to the register around 10:01pm a female employee at the register refused to ring me out and told me to leave everything on the counter.I asked here where could I pay for my items and she replied to me "no where" then She proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else and started mentioning other stores. Hurts because I have been an ongoing customer to this Walgreens for years but not anymore! Worst customer service ever! They should have made sure all customers were out of the store before closing the register. Considering the employee was laughing while on the intercom it's pretty obvious the employees here clearly do not take their job seriously.

The last three times I've filled the same prescription have been a mess for different reasons. The first time they gave me a pill and not capsule. The last two times there were delays and there was no communication as to why. Each time I went in the wait was at least thirty minutes to an hour. To avoid this I called a few times and each time waited at least 20 minutes to be on hold and get hung up on.

Severally under staffed. 2+ hours to help 5 people in front of me. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone or be able to assist you quickly in any way. Staff also very un knowledgeable about drugs being prescribed. Barley a pharmacy.
