I have hah an appointment 3 times for a vaccine at this store . Each time waited in line 5-10 minutes then told need to wait for the pharmacist as paper work needed to be processed and told it would be a while to receive the vaccine. ( no guesstimate as to how long the wait) Each time all seemed very disorganized and have no idea why I even bothered to schedule an actual appointment. The previous reviews also demonstrate the incompetence of the pharmacy department with no attempt to improve the service! No more trips to this Walgreen's store for me. Off to another pharmacy for my RSV vaccine.

Pharmacist "Jessie" was very rude. Was not willing to help with prescription questions and had an attitude. Very disappointed with the customer service here.

Home girl at the cash register with the Halloween sticker on her face was really cool and wanted to better the place and it's business. Very respectable.

Wish I could give y'all negative stars. Don't go to their pharmacy unless you wanna be judged and not helped at all. My partner takes estrogen and needs a specific needle to do so. Every time we come in, either them or myself, we are met with rude service from the pharmacists who immediately write us off as druggies which we aren't however if you have that big of an issue with addicts FIND A NEW JOB not on Colfax. Part of your job is to not be judgmental and treat people with kindness. Everyone else in the Walgreens are helpful and kind just not your pharmacists.

Worst pharmacy ever- block out Atleast 30 min to wait in line if you're planning to pick up prescriptions here bc there is always one pharmacist working and a long ass line.

Do not fill a prescription here. Went in on a Sunday during "open hours" but the pharmacy was closed. There was a sign on the metal pull down barrier that said the pharmacy is temporarily closed. Went to the front counter and asked why it's closed, and he said it was staffing issues. I asked why Walgreens would send an email that said the prescription was there and ready for pickup, and he had no idea. Not to mention that every time I go in there the line is long line, they are understaffed, and the workers normally don't care or are straight up rude. There are also homeless people out front that will harass you, and the parking lot is filthy. I will never fill another prescription here.

This is a terrible place to get a Covid shot. Extremely long wait- as I'm writing this I've been waiting almost 40 minutes, despite having signed up for an appointment online. The staff seem to be working as fast as possible- so they just obviously need more staff. Aside from Covid shots there is often a very long line for the regular checkout. Plus, there is some sort of drainage issue with the parking lot so when it rains there parking lot basically floods with disgusting water.

This review is solely regarding the pharmacy, the rest of the store seems fine.I was only given 7 days of my 90 day prescription. This is an anti epilepsy medicine so it's critical that no doses are missed. I called to remedy this and was put on hold for 120 minutes over calling throughout three days. I was told I was the first caller in line but eventually the call just ended. I was amazed when I finally go a human that answered only to learn they "didn't know why it was filled out like that." And then they corrected it and filled the rest of the 90 days.Overall they must have some staffing issue because waiting on hold for 120 minutes seeking remedy for a problem they caused isn't great.

This is my neighborhood pharmacy and drug store. I've been coming here forever.. close to 30 yrs. I'm giving it three stars because he people that work here try their hardest to take care of the patrons and are generally friendly. The store is stocked fairly well and kept clean. You can fill a prescription and pick up other odds and ends that you need while you wait. It is a very busy pharmacy so expect to wait. It's best to call ahead and get your script going before heading in. I've gotten passport photos taken here as well. The downside to this store is the ever increasing number of vagrants and homeless that hang out in the parking lot and come into the store. The parking lot if always filled with trash and discards from the homeless that hang out there. The last time I visited with my daughter to pick up a prescription, there was a woman in a wheelchair with a dog in the store. It was not a service dog, the dog was not trained and was approaching and jumping on people. The woman was screaming at the dog, yelling at people (including me) who didn't appreciate the dog's jumping around. No employees helped or asked the woman to leave. She just kept on going. Leaving the store, we were approached by a group of younger homeless guys asking for money. You really feel like you have to look over your shoulder here. This isn't a reflection of Walgreens itself, but the neighborhood is changing and the homeless drug using population is increasing and acting more aggressively than the typical homeless population that has always existed.
