Pharmacy department- 1/29. A basic transaction was met with crass behavior, absence of empathy, and poor customer service. Customers represent people who may be a little sick or battling an illness with no cure. I don't know if the pharmacy person who waited on me was in crisis, or just hangry, but she should not be working with the public.

I came in tonight to pick up a prescription and ended up picking up a few extra items. My cashier was a younger girl and I had a question about price matching the walgreens app and she asked a manager if she could and the manager spoke to her in an extremely condescending tone. It made me extremely uncomfortable. The manager was an older woman, the way she spoke to her was as if she was an idiot. This young girl mentioned to me that she was a teacher and that this was her second job and that made me more angry at the way she was treated. Our teachers go through enough without having to be berated at another job. DO BETTER WALGREENS. This girl is obviously smart enough to be a teacher, if she doesn't know something that's on your management team. I've been in retail management for 7 years and would never discourage an employee from asking questions and trying to learn.

I'm not sure what's going on with the staff at this location. Cashier at self-checkout screaming at the top of her lungs across the store, like a creature from the ghetto. Aggressively arguing with customers and staff. Manager couldn't calm her down. Every other word out of her mouth is the F bomb. I tried to file a complaint with the store manager. But she seemed afraid of the employee. She ended up having to ask a supervisor to help out. I think she was afraid of being beaten up. Beyond that, if you have a loose cannon like this. You should fire her on the spot. Absolutely no reason to have to deal with this trash. Fingernails, so disgustingly dirty it looked like she was digging in her a$$.

The actual pharmacy part of the “pharmacy“ is permanently closed! There is no mention of this on the website. I had an rx called in to this location for a sick child. No mention of the pharmacy being shut down on the automated telephone greeting to check rx status and no one would pick up the phone after being on hold for 50 minutes.I finally drove to the “pharmacy” to figure out what was happening with my child’s medication only to find the pharmacy in the back literally shuttered. The manager said “nothing I can do. Your doctor will have to call the prescription in to another pharmacy“.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy manager was extremely rude. I went to pick up my prescription after a long 13 hour day (I’m an ICU nurse) and was treated with such hatred, I was astonished. I was told my prescription would be ready but it wasn’t filled or ready when I got there. I have never been treated so disrespectful by an employee of a store. I called the manager for 2 weeks to speak with him about the incident leaving multiple messages with no returned phone call. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. This is the first review I have ever left but something needed to be said. 0/10 Walgreens.

This location frequently is late on photo orders or simply cannot process an order. The employees are lazy or inattentive. I once saw one eating an ice cream while working. Pharmacy itself is almost always a very long wait or they are out of medications. They made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me I had to drive to another location 15 minutes away to get the prescription. I’m done shopping here. Don’t waste your time at this place.

I've had repeated issues with this Walgreens Pharmacy being unreliable. On multiple occasions, they've closed without any prior notice, leaving me unable to pick up my essential medications. This uncertainty is not only inconvenient but also stressful, as I'm left waiting to see if they'll open the next day. I also have to go through the hassle of transferring my prescription to another location, which involves more waiting for the prescription to be fulfilled. Such inconsistency in service is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy where people rely on timely access to their medications.

It's not the staff's fault—they're often very kind and absolutely try their best. But this store isn't hardly worth shopping in. Products are never in stock. The shelves are bare. The grocery section practically doesn't exist for want of any refrigerated items. Once something goes out of stock, it's seemingly never replenished. And I got terrible food poisoning two years ago from a log of ground beef I purchased here before the grocery section went into full decline. I don't know what's going on here, but it seems like a major problem from corporate.

The staff are helpful and patient. I got my flu and covid shot here. They made me feel comfortable when I was feeling faint (I'm not great with needles). They do their best with the staff on hand, ignore the other bad reviews, it is not their fault.

Very unhappy with the customer care at this location recently.I really appreciate the hard work and dedication of folks that work in pharmacies. It’s a very tough job. But a longtime customer asking questions about medications and options for alternative delivery when you are overdue multiple times for refills is not “giving you attitude”.It’s really sad that we can’t be a little more patient with one another. It goes both ways and all I need is to know when and where I can get my medication that is necessary for my daily life.

I waited in line 30 minutes just to check in for an appointment for which I arrived on time.... I gave up and left after I caught the pharmacist in passing, who told me it would be another 30 minutes or more before my vaccine could be administered. Nobody communicated these wait times while the line stood still, and folks were strewn across the back of the store waiting to be seen. Why have appointments if you don't honor them or communicate to patients what their wait time will be? I now have to try again to get my jabs, and I will not entrust Walgreens with my healthcare ever again.

Issues with privacy. The gentleman that was assisting the person in front of me was being way too vocal about medical information. I have a feeling the customer would not be comfortable that everyone in the lobby is aware that she does in fact, still has hypothyroidism and that yes, her medication is still warranted. All other staff are friendly, and have an expected level of awareness. But there is one gentleman that either cannot process social cues and provide reasonable customer service, or absolutely lacks the desire to…

The red hair guy that works at this pharmacy is the absolute worst. I've had issues with him last month, and worse issues this month. I got a call saying my prescription was ready, when I went to pick up, he grilled me on what the prescription was and why I didn't know the other brand that they had. I told him I'm not the doctor so you tell me what the other brand is. I told him I always have issues here and his response was "well you can go to another pharmacy". Such a jerk. I switched pharmacy's because I'm done with the attitude. Management really needs to look into this. Doesn't seem like he's getting good reviews from others.

This is a store Dante would dream up for a new circle of hell.Hard to get to due to construction? 45 minute waits for the pharmacy? Overworked employees with no backup/support? Giant gaps in store shelves where products should go? Dirty floors and counters? What more can you ask for?

So, I had to call in my prescription because the website was acting up. I call, the lady on the phone was lovely. This all changed when I got there to pickup my prescription.I got there at 127, 3 minutes before they went to lunch. The red haired guy behind the counter said, "we're on our lunch break" so I sat for 30 minutes and waited. At 2 when they reopened the same guy asked to help me. For some reason my meds are not ready even though I was told they'd be ready by 11. So, he gave me some reason I still don't understand but one lady responded that I could wait and she'd get them done or I could come back, they close at 6. So, here I wait. Still. The red haired guy is so unhelpful. He's told 2 customers he doesn't know where things are in the store. Not only is he unhelpful, he's kind of a jerk about it, too.
