If I could say Zero I would. 3 times I was told my perception was ready this week and not have the right if not no subscription ready. This is a complete waste of someone's time. I am looking for a health issue not just a simple product. Not only is this a terrible service I just wanted the manager to look me in the eye while I was talking to him (Shane). I was informed that the General Manager ( Elizabeth) does not work on the weekends. I did not swear or raise my voice. I do not feel comfortable with the service at this store and will relay this information to all my medical colleges at work .

The worst Walgreens in history. They need to shut this place down .Please don't shop here. Their customer service is awful. The store is gross. And the pharmacy answers the phone and says hold. Doesn't give you a chance to say anything. Please avoid this Walgreens unless you absolutely have to go here. And you'd actually get served better and faster at the ER. I truly hope they close this store immediately.

Been waiting in severe pain for 5 days for them to renew my prescription and I just keep being told “they’re working on it” last time I got ahold of the pharmacist they said they hadn’t even started despite it being in stock

I don’t know if they’re planning on closing this Walgreens, or because of theft, but it doesn’t have jack crap. Same Empty shelves permanently 😡🤷🏼♂️

This has turned into the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and after 6 years of using them I will be finding an alternative. You can’t get anyone to actually pick up the phone and getting prescriptions filled is taking a week plus. This last time I was told TWICE that my medication was ordered and would be delivered (after having to drive to the pharmacy to talk to someone) and it has never even been ordered. This is something I take on a daily basis and keep telling them I need it to function. No one cares seems to care anymore at this location anymore.

Unfortunately, I’ve been coming here over years because of the proximity to my home and I’ve never once had a good experience. This is probably the worst business establishment I’ve ever been to in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration. I cannot wait till this pharmacy gets shut down and replaced by something competent stay far away.

Honestly, I don't know how this store is still open. They have no inventory. The shelves have been mostly empty for years. And it's always a personal safety issue trying to get in and out of the store because of the people who wait outside for you at the door and in the parking lot.
I only go for the pharmacy, but the line always takes 45 minutes, and no one answers the phone.
EDIT: I want to be clear that this is in no way a criticism of the individual people who work at this location. The store is understaffed and not in a safe location. The people who work here have always been pleasant and accommodating with their limited time per customer. There is also no place for harassment or abuse of these workers by unhappy customers. I hope Walgreens understands the environment these employees are being required to work in.

If getting my Rx filled by a raccoon working out of a dumpster was an option, I'd choose that over this pharmacy. I believe it would be more efficient.
It once took two months to get a prescription filled. Spending 45min on the phone ever few days to try and get an update on why my medication hasnt been filled isn't feasible. They say they are understaffed so can someone please get them some help?

This store needs to be closed. There is hardly any merchandise, shelves empty. Employees are rude and defensive, I've even witnessed two employees seriously bullying another employee. I had to console the crying victim because I witnessed her being bullied by two of her co-workers so badly, she was having a breakdown, all because she was "trying too hard" to do her job well. It's an absolute disgrace that my once heavily used drug store is now completely unusable. I'm not that worried about crime or unhoused folks, that's a factor in city life, but to literally not have any items to sell makes this store completely useless. Why would I go to a store when there's an 90% chance that the item that I need won't be there???? Store employees blame it all on theft, but this is massive store mismanagement, inability to restock items, complete ineptitude in every way.

I’ve never had such a consistently awful experience with a pharmacy before. They never answer the phone and when they do they are rude or they just let it ring till it hangs up on you. Thankfully I’m not waiting for something like insulin or I would have died. This Walgreens is awful.

I called the day the doctor ordered the prescription to verify when it would be ready, it was three prescriptions. They said that one was ready and the other two would be there tomorrow and we’d be notified. The next day we were notified that one more came in, unsure of which ones were in we went ahead and picked them up. The only one that they didn’t have was the one that was absolutely needed, and they had also assured me the day before would be available. They said they had just ordered it but since it was after 5 it wouldn’t be there till Friday. We waited about an hour to pay for the two other prescriptions while the pharmacist called the hospital to see if they could transfer the script. While we sat there, I saw at least five if not six more people were helped while we just sat there while the person helping us stared at the other cashier or her screen. Nothing was said to us as to why they weren’t able to check us out, they did not seem to understand how to work the computer or get the GoodRx coupon to work, of which they tried to not honor one. While I am thankful that they called the original issuer of the prescription and had it transferred to a store that had it available, I’m still very frustrated that it wasn’t ordered to begin with and that we literally waited to check out for about an hour. We won’t be going here again, the store was also dirty and a little gross. Trash was on the pharmacy counter, just crumbled and over their workspace.
Update 12/23/24
They cannot answer the phone. All of our prescriptions are here. I waited for 20 minutes on hold to just do a refill. When they did answer they would just say “Walgreens Pharmacy” and place the call back on hold into an endless loop and then they disconnect the call. I called again, same thing and they hung up, again. I’ve spent almost an hour on hold, talking to no one and not even being acknowledged. Seems like they like to hang up on people. Seriously, this place is the worst, please don’t shop here, don’t depend on them for life saving medication. They don’t care and they’ve made that obvious repeatedly. Hopefully we get the medication refilled, not sure if they’ll ever actually answer the phone!

Can literally never get anyone to answer the phone. Rx has been delayed for 4 days.
