Refused to fill my prescription even though they had it. It’s my fault, I saw the low rating on this Walgreens and gave them the benefit of the doubt anyway. I don’t suggest you make the same mistake.

Slowest store ever. In every area. Drive through, pharmacy, photo, register... Asking any pharmacy staff questions with logic is useless. I give up.

Do not use the Photo developing service here. They give you an incorrect date to come back to pick up and then have no way of giving you the correct date to come back. I was told to call Fuji??
Also, they charge you to pack boxes for shipping so make sure to do that before you arrive.

Horrible service and leadership, Christine was quite an unprofessional manager.
We had a photo order due to be picked up before 11am and we arrived near 5pm and it was not done. We were told if we wanted the prints we would have to wait around for them (would not provide a time for them to be completed unless we physically stayed there). Absolutely flabbergasted at the service overall at this location.

I ordered photos on Sunday same day delivery, they were not ready when they said they would be. Let it slide, Monday after work called the national line to see if they were done because I couldn’t get through to the store, still not done. Finally got in touch with the store- they said they would be done and ready to pick up that night(Monday). Went Tuesday morning to pick them up and they were still not done. The ladies working were nice and helpful, but whoever is in the photo department is not. Not having them done for “same day” pick up is frustrating enough, but having to call and then still not getting them done promptly is ridiculous.

Received online order from this store with nothing in the box. National call team said they would transfer me and the store would be able to return over the phone. I got bounced around the store talking to pretty much everyone working except the photo department before the manager finally got on the phone 20 minutes later after being disconnected once during this process. Seems like a training gap from the store manager as they were not able to issue refund over the phone so had to go to store to return the empty box I got. Just go to CVS or another store if possible.

A 1.5 rating truly says it all, pretty impressive actually. Every time I go in here there’s an issue or rude or lazy staff. Completely defeats the point of wall greens when they don’t even have a cashier way to check out or the line to check out is somehow 12 people deep. Today my wife got an email that her order was printed and it was not. Horrible customer service, I will drive the extra miles in the future to avoid this awful store.

I've only had good experiences with this pharmacy. My orders have always been filled quickly and accurately. The drive-through option is nice and I never need to wait in line.
As for products inside the store, the prices are exorbitant, and there is almost always a line, but that is typical of nearly every Walgreens and CVS these days.
The pharmacy is 5/5.

It is finally time to switch pharmacies. I’ve always dealt with the long delays on getting prescriptions filled because I usually at least get my prescription. On Monday, I submitted a refill request for a drug that I needed for chemotherapy treatment by Wednesday. The app said I could get same day delivery. It didn’t happen. When I called the pharmacy they said that they could see I had 2 refills when I filled it, but now it is not showing any refills. Rather than accepting responsibility for messing something up, they blamed me or my doctor. They said they had to get another prescription from my doctor. Only use this pharmacy if you are never in a hurry to get your meds and have it delivered.

Very sketchy short man with bad tattoos watched my family and I as we shopped, idk if he was a worker or not but he and the young cashier girl with long dark hair made us uncomfortable.
