The 3rd month going every time it’s they dnt have the full prescription or it’s not in,!,,Just today 2 hours on the phone one call for a hour on hold and 2 call for 30 Min,I suggest you go somewhere else,! This ain’t even the half of it!!! Good luck

2 20 minute waits and hang ups from pharmacy and hang up for asking for a manager. Just close the store down and stop waisting peoples time.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. I transferred my prescription to this store because I was home sick and they said they couldn’t fill it. They told me to call my other pharmacy. My other one told me that this one did fill it. I was calling back and forth for an hour trying to get this figured out. I waited ALL DAY for my prescription and called multiple times with no answer. HOW HARD IS IT TO FILL ONE PRESCRIPTION FOR SOMEONE!?!? YOU HAD ALL DAY!!! Incompetent people work here. I will NEVER fill a prescription here again. These people are getting paid to do nothing.

Every single time I pick up a script at this pharmacy the answer is almost always "no" before I even open my mouth. The pharmacy techs absolutely do not want to help you which is their basic job function. They are mentally incapable of thinking outside the box, this skill is far too advanced. I cant imagine being a customer who is picking up multiple scrips at a time, what a nightmare and a headache you must brace yourself for. Even if everything goes somewhat smoothly, the techs will then make up some fake issue about insurance that doesn't exist likely because they are incapable of scrolling down on a screen to locate your coverage.If you fill at this location, which I highly advise against, be prepared to advocate firmly for yourself and once you do, watch them suddenly have your script, and similarly watch your insurance coverage change when you ask them to keep scrolling on their screen and carefully read it.It's exhausting to fight for yourself at this pharmacy location, and something is 100% bound to go wrong even if you think nothing possibly could. Just fill elsewhere and avoid the trouble.

BY FAR, the worst run pharmacy I have used In my entire lifeThink of every possible thing that a pharmacy could do to ruin your day, and this store will be sure to do it.They will never answer a single phone call, lose prescriptions, you will always wait at least 20 minutes to be seen in the store, and on top of everything the pharmacist is incompetent.Would give a lower review if I could

I don't know what it is with pharmacies these days, but all of them are chronically understaffed. Walgreens is the worst of them all, but sometimes one has to use them. Getting this Walgreen's to answer the phone is a long process. They are extremely difficult to work with, extremely unhelpful, and no one seems to care if you are in pain, very ill, and disabled and need help getting medicine. They refused to talk to another pharmacy to get a prescription transferred, and it took me 4 days to get that accomplished with hours on the phone with the other pharmacy, my doctor, and my insurance company. Horrible, uncaring service. Hire some more staff!

This Walgreens is understaffed - the people who work here are so new they don’t know how to help or where products are stocked. I completed an online order for in-store pick up & they partially completed it. I found the items they claimed not to be in stock… on the shelves. They also charged me for 7 plastic bags ($.10) each and packed everything up in a single bag. Seems all Walgreens are like this post-Covid. They must be heading towards bankruptcy with their shelves bare, apathetic employees, and no managers to be seen on the floors.

We'll just call me Karen. Y'all need to get more staff for your pharmacy. This city needs its meds. I came back 3 times on different weeks (yes, weeks) to get my refill... each time they said it would be an hour and a half. I still have yet to get my script and am waiting in a 6 car line for now 30 min. In total I have spent 3 hours waiting for a script I still haven't gotten. This is painful.
